Professional, Kind, and Truly Human

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of Inside Out VAs, and I was genuinely moved by his professionalism and integrity. It's rare to come across a company that leads with such care, clarity, and heart.

From the very beginning, communication was prompt, respectful, and human-centered. The team was attentive and understanding of my situation, and I felt truly seen and supported throughout our interaction.

Although I wasn’t able to move forward at this time due to personal financial hardship, I can confidently say this is a company I would return to in the future. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

We hired this company to answer our phones during business hours and after hours. They were billing us for minutes they were not on the phone with our customers. We only learned this because we record all the calls through our CRM and saw mismatch minutes for three months straight. We emailed back and forth for our refund and the manager Chris avoided our phone calls to resolved this and canceled any calls we booked online with him. We asked them to provide the minutes by client or by day, they emailed back with one month. They stated the other two months was another software and they could not provide. The one month report was grossly overbilled. It was a pain to deal with them after finding out they overbill minutes and the cancellation process was a wreck. Charged for months after the cancellation. They literally did not answer the phone for two months and still billed us monthly (We had already hired someone new to do it for us). It was so disappointing and dishonest.

Super easy to work with. Great prices and ultimately a fantastic product. I was able to hire a wonderful employee who has great work ethic and is really motivated towards improving his skills. I would highly recommend this team.

I signed up for a sales call looking for a recruiting agency to hire an offshore virtual assistant. The moment I got on the call with Chris and Rolando, they were immediately very helpful and informative but also direct about their offering. It was clear to me I needed their help to find someone and I didn’t want to waste anymore of my time trying to do it myself so I hired them on the spot. Once I started the process of reviewing the candidates they found me I had no idea who to choose because they were all amazing. I ended up hiring a VA named Rose to help me with my everyday administrative tasks, more like an executive assistant, she’s been super helpful. I did spend some time training her about what I liked and did not like, she adjusted to my needs and now I can’t imagine my life without her. Not only that but my business has grown due to me offloading mundane admin tasks to focus on driving revenue. In the future I will definitely be coming back to Chris and the team for another VA.
