Warranty offers peace of mind
I reported an issue with my hot/cold water tap. Billy, the specialist was very professional and helpful. During the conversation, he asked many questions to eliminate possible causes of incorrect use of the product without sounding offloading manufacturer's responsibility. The outcome was to book an engineer visit. The confirmation email came through in minutes. I am really satisfied with the experience, however I would rather not to have issues with my new tap.

Very poor reliability on the hot water tanks .
Mine failed, and the warranty only covers you for a year.
I had it for under 2 years.
Won't be buying any more insinkerator products again.

As with most products, performance can be affected by different factors such as installation, usage conditions, and especially the water quality for hot water tanks. In areas, with hard water, mineral buildup can place additional strain on hot water tanks over time, which impact its performance. That's why we highly encourage the use of genuine InSinkErator F-701R hard water filter and recommend replacing it at least every 6 months — or even more frequently depending on usage and local water conditions. By doing so, it helps protect the lifespan of your hot water system.

Absolutely superb service from both Insinkerator and JK Electrics who handled the warranty replacement. One phone call, engineer to the house the following week, unit swapped out under warranty. Amazing customer service
I spoke to a lady called Gelly yesterday and she was super helpful and stayed on the line while I checked an e-mail she had sent. I ordered a part on the same day and it arrived the day after which was amazing at it is large item. Would highly recommend Insinkerator.

Filter - great, company - useless
The filter is great, but the company is utterly incompetent.
I placed the order 8th October and didn't get the filter until 28th October. The only reason I got it then was because I chased them to ask where it was.
The first time I was told the order hadn't been placed because I hadn't completed it online or some rubbish to that effect. My account showed it had been shipped so that wasn't right. I then spoke to another team who said there had been an issue but it would be sent out and with me 'by Monday'. When it didn't arrive I emailed to be told it was out for delivery that day (Tuesday) but it showed I had not made payment - the 2nd time I was accused of not paying and the 2nd time I sent over the screenshot from my bank confirming payment was taken 8/10 when I ordered. To this I received no reply, no apology. The company is beyond incompetent, I will not be ordering anything again - we're changing the hot water tap system instead.

Very helpful
Our hot water tap tank gave up after over 10 years . Customer services were very helpful and directed us to buy a new tank at a discount. It arrived two working days later.

Easy to deal with support for q&a
Easy to deal with support for q&a. When item went faulty. Gave me tips to check for specific faults before engineer arrived. Managed to sort problem myself, but getting an engineer lined up to do a repair was easy with them. No fuss, so would recommend. Last insinkerstor waste disposal. lasted 8 years.

I called The customer service department and spoke to Billy who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me with our steaming hot water tank, that we have in our new home. I had a problem with my tank - sorted promptly
I had a problem with my tank. I phoned the helpline and quickly got someone who could help. It turned out my unit was still within warranty so the person on the phone - Adrian - told me he would ship a replacement unit. We were due to be on holiday when the unit was due to arrive so Adrian gave me the case number so I could arrange delivery when I had returned home. It arrived and worked perfectly.
