Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. We completely understand how receiving review reminders before your order has arrived can be annoying — we’ll definitely review the timing of those messages and won't be sending any more.

Regarding the delay, we appreciate your patience. Your order is travelling from our Meadowbrook warehouse in QLD all the way to WA, and unfortunately, extended transit times and courier delays are sometimes outside of our control. That said, we’re always looking at ways to improve our delivery process and communication.
