As a former Sales and Marketing Manager I know what very good Customer Service is all about. The Staff at InspiAir has excellent Product knowledge and the Ability to " Help the client" which is all important to the Person looking for the right Equipment and Advice. I am impressed with their Understanding of the client needs and their professional and friendly Aproach to the Customers .

Overall a great experience from A-Z.
From the website to booking the appointment, and, finally, to my actual appointment with Robert.
The staff were great and helpful- Indeed Robert responded to all my questions and explained things in a very straight forward manner.
I would highly recommend inspiAir to whoever that needs their services!

Very helpful both on the phone and in person. Kim was excellent, very knowledgable and supportive. I am having my warranty transferred here, because I had a horrible experience when I first bought my machine. Kudos for your excellent customer service!

I give Inspiair 1 million stars for the Professional attitude that I have received, the awesome support , making my brand new world of sleeping as comfortable as possible.
We had a small snag with my Dr's prescription for the machine, and Inspiair resolved this Quickly.
Josee a RN for Inspiair should receive more than a million stars for her role in introducing, training and support during my first 2 months of the Cpac world. I recommend Inspiair to everyone that has sleep Apnea and needs a Professional, caring attitude to guide you to sweet dreams and a Healthy nights sleep.

Inspair keeps an eye on how I am doing with my CPAP compliance.

The girls were very professional and informative. My life
has changed in the best of all ways since the day I walked thru the door at InspiAIR in Brockville,Ont. I didnt have to wait on the products that I required for my therapy they were on hand. I referred people to them who will become Clients.

Jose was wonderful. She listened to me and followed thru to meet my needs. We had to change my mask and she was very helpful finding the right fit. Ism getting 10 to 12 hours of sleep. Wow what a feeling.

Staff was very helpful and great to deal with. They were able to help me navigate my new machine and the paperwork for insurances. I had to wait a little longer than expected for a machine as there are major supply issues. I had my name on several wait lists and InspiAir is the only one who called me once they had a machine for me.

I was recently diagnosed with severe Sleep Apnea. While searching for a CPAP supplier, I called InspiAIR and had the luck of having my called answered by a pleasant lady by the name of Wendy, and I immediately knew I found the company that would help we my CPAP needs. Wendy's friendly voice and wanting to help and answer all my questions without making me feel like I was an inconvenience (like the previous four called i had just previously made) put my mind at ease. Yesterday I went to pick up my new machine and had the chance to put face to the pleasant voice I only knew as Wendy. Once again I was welcomed and all my fears were gone. Wendy took what ever time was needed to help me understand and feel comfortable with the operation of my new CPAP machine and made sure that I was comfortable with my mask choice. While This location was twice as far as my local supplier, I knew I made the right choice and it was worth the 35 Minute drive (even at $1.75/ltr LOL ) I will not hesitate to let everyone that will listen about the WONDERFUL, FREINDLY service I received from WENDY C of InspiAIR Newmarket. No hello, good day, or thank you in an email response when asking how to obtain oxygen is a pretty bad "patient care" strategy. In addition, no information was provided in terms of the service that was requested - only a dry one liner. Based on my first impression I will not deal nor recommend this company.

I had an issue with my Cpap machine and VitalAire here in Windsor, didn't return my phone call messages after three attempts! (Great customer service!- LOL). So i decided to try InspiAir; Wow what a difference... Firstly they answer phone calls directly from there location in town!! Also Cora, is so friendly, understanding & helpful and she offered me a loaner, now that is customer service!! Will go to the them now on. Adios to VitalAire...

I did not have an appointment and though the doors were locked, Robert Keskinen of your Barrie office stopped what he was doing to look after me. Although he did not have the mask in stock, because I need it right away, Robert referred me to Medigas, in Barrie. They had the mask in stock, so I very much appreciate Robert referring me. Great service! I will always got o Inspiair when I need equipment.

Very pleased with the service and attention we received from Sarah here in Ottawa. It was absolutely the right decision to contact them and make my sister the happiest. Great products.

I can't say enough great things about this company. The lady's name who runs it is Jade & she has done nothing but offer me "gold standard" quality service in all aspects of my medical health needs. From oxygen home therapy to CPAP therapy, she has been incredibly efficient & extremely accommodating as she set me up with my in home oxygen therapy within 24 hours of receiving the medical request from the hospital. Her amazingly friendly & overwhelming professional approach to my medical needs have been nothing but a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring any type of medical equipment for individual home therapeutic use. I can't thank her enough for her amazing initial & ongoing service! Thank you Jade for all that you do! I was indeed blessed to have found you!

Last friday i went for a new mask and i dealt with Andrea and she was very friendly, helpful, great customer service and very knowledgeable i will definitely go back and i give Andrea and inspiair 10 out 10

I have had an excellent experience with InspiAir Inc. I'm very impressed with the friendly, helpful service I've received both over phone with various InspiAir Inc. staff at multiple offices as well as in person at the Newmarket office.

I travelled from a few hours away to the Newmarket office for a CPAP purchase and fitting arriving well over an hour early for my appointment. Wendy made the effort to fit me in right away, provided great friendly service and helpful instruction and I was on my way much before I knew it. Very impressed.

I have dealt with this team for about 2 years and when I requested 2 items and went to pick them up they informed me that one of the items was at the new store and wasn't available right then. Rather than make me wait till the new store opened 3 days later they arranged to drop off the missing piece later the same day to my home. This is exactly the kind of customer care that will keep me coming back. Thank you to everyone involved.
