My experience has been amazing. Both Cathy and Jade are kind and deal right away with any problems. They have an extensive knowledge base and are always there to help. They are the best place to go if you have a c pap machine. I recently had dental surgery and had a molar removed which is making it difficult to wear the c pap mask they have adjusted the EPR a few times to help me. They are always kind!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Jo-Anne is such a gem. Thank you for all your help all the while smiling and laughing. Truly wonderful people and so helpful.

easy communication

Finding out you have sleep apnea and then starting a Cpap can be intimidating. You know you have to make it work for your health and future. It IS possible to be successful with this therapy but the key is to get the support you need every step of the way.
I was connected with Alecia and I am so grateful. She provided knowledgable, patient and friendly advice whenever I needed help, answering emails promptly, offering advice and making tweaks on equipment settings. Its difficult to get it right the first time you use the machine. There are adjustments that need to be made along the way and when you find the right settings you can be comfortable and make your therapy a success! All it takes is a support person who really is available when you need them and that is certainly what I got with Alecia.
Go with InspiAir and get the confidence you need to be successful by getting the support you need.

The staff were excellent. They explained everything very thoroughly and made it an easy experience. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I was encouraged to ask questions

My first time here and Candace was very pleasant to deal with. Had my machine checked out and she said things looked good. Had to get a couple replacement parts, which they had in stock.

I felt the explanation of the asap machine and my condition were calm, and expertly presented. The telling will be tonight of course when I try it out but I had no trouble setting up the machine this afternoon

The product selection was great & explained honestly by dealing with the pros & cons of the different types.

I had great service and I was a little shy about trying different kinds of masks. There was no pressure Also I forget her name but she checked immediately to see if I could use a magnetic mask. I had no idea I couldn’t use one. I did choose a different mask and I am looking forward to using this.
Also I bought the travel c pap machine and I was away for 3 weeks and it was fabulous. I did what they suggested and tried it for a few days at home. What a great convenience to have such a small compact machine to move around to several places.
I have been with this company for several years and I would never go to another agency. If you have a problem they will try to figure out what they can do for you. You are important to this company.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the professionals of the InspiAir office on Greenbank Rd. Their exceptional flexibility in accommodating me was truly outstanding. I very much appreciated their dedication and professionalism in helping me select the right CPAP equipment and explaining how to use it.
