Wendy took exceptional care of me. She explained everything I needed to know - nothing more and nothing less. She was very professional, extremely knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We i had my phone appointment this morning it was short and well organized
At the in person Priscilia was effective, she explained what i needed to know for my new machine and asked if i understood well, if i had other question. No rush everything with a smile

I found that all the staff I dealt very friendly, knowledgeable During my 1 hour visit. They were extremely thorough explaining the operation of my new CPAP machine. Since my initial visit, I had a follow up phone call, re: my usage during the first few days of use and they offered me a review appt.

As a new client to Northern Respiratory and new to these services, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Stacie and the staff. They were extremely responsive to my call and consistently courteous, answering all my questions and assisting me with all necessary health forms. Stacie meticulously reviewed all aspects of the equipment and provided invaluable assistance with adjustments to ensure the best and most comfortable fit. On top of all that, I appreciate that Northern Respiratory is locally owned, which adds a personal touch to their outstanding service.

Everyone was friendly when I walked in. I was sent to talk with Nadeen to start she was fantastic about getting everything set up and my appointment made with Cora super fast. She is so friendly and compassionate with her clients. Cora was fantastic as well checked in on me to make sure things were working properly and when my machine wasn't sending the data in she came with a SD card to get the information since I am currently not driving and it would have been difficult to get into the building.
All around everyone was super nice I am grateful for their help with everything.

I was having issues with feeling like I was unable to fully exhale while using the nasal pillow mask. Fiona was very knowledgable and helpful with advising me on an alternative mask.

From start to finish Corina (Whitby location) was extremely helpful, provided amazing customer service and even went the extra mile to ensure I received my replacement mask as quickly as possible.
I would highly recommend them for your PAP needs!

Great service friendly staff

I really appreciate the ride Nadine gave me today even though it was absolutely senseless, but that is the government. If this ride wouldn't have happened, I would of been rejected for in home oxygen therapy. Nadine was really courteous, and helpful with the equipment that was prescribed. She is a real pleasure.

Nadeem was very helpful and clearly explained all the products. She also outlined all the administrative steps involved. She even phoned the govt to see date of my last CPAP macine.
She had an excellent demeanor was was very approachable, I enjoyed our meeting

Janice was great to work with. She really helped me figure out what mask worked best. All the staff are so helpful and really make what can be an overwhelming situation much easier.

The parking was close to the door and the showroom was customer friendly,with supplies displayed in view
