I had a click and collect order that was to be ready by 12pm. I had a really busy day that day and timed my visit and arrived at 12.30pm only to be told they don’t have the item in stock which was really frustrating and stuffed my arvo up as O couldn’t do the job I wanted to that afternoon. The young fell that served me was amazing though and went out of his way to drop it off at my place on his way home at 5pm to save me having to go back in for it.

Staff are well informed about store products. Ask pertinent questions regarding the task, the product required and the finish.
Discussed paint brushes, styles, rollers, naps to suit paint and then paint.

Did a click and collect order. Easy and efficient, the guy working there was friendly and helpful.
