Was highly skeptical about it after reading so many reviews, but I did get my UAE visa in 24 hours time. They pushed their insurance on me, an additional cost of 99USD not communicated prior to starting the process, even though I did specifically ask if there would be unexpected/additional charges. Sales is too pushy to be honest, some sketchy emails were sent to me, but overall process was okay.

Tourist Visa was never issued, even after more than a weeks time. They tried to force the sale of a travel insurance which they only told you after payment. An insurance is officially not required. After a weeks time, they came up with asking for additional documents, like UAE residents reference, bank statement and employment which are also not required.

I paid this company for a UAE visit visa, and after payment they tried to charge an additional USD 70 for “visa-linked insurance,” claiming it was required by immigration. This fee was never disclosed upfront and is far higher than the actual ICP/GDRFA insurance cost for short-term visas (AED 40–60).

When I asked for proof, they could not provide a UAE visa application reference number, the official insurance fee from the UAE system, or the name of the insurer attached to the visa file. Instead, they pushed a payment link to their own website for a third-party add-on.

Their process does not match official UAE visa procedures and comes across as misleading and non-transparent. I have requested a refund and filed a formal complaint with Dubai consumer authorities.

They are scammers. I have never in my life come across con artists like them. They Promise everything under the sun. Add up the bill to $1500. Visa fee, Mandatory Insurance, and Golden 2-7 hours visa. After they take the money they dont reply. After they confirmed i will get the visa i bought non refunable flight tickets and paid for accommodation aswell. They ask you to email contact@ and you will never get a reply. Then disappear without providing any form of support. Stay away from this company. I am now taking this legally. After they take your money. You will never hear from them again

Scam, fraud don’t use this company, they are both same company with insta global , and charging extra insurance money and after simple saying visa has not approved. No evidence of insurance purchase etc

Its a scam stay away from this company,they tell you one price when asking them for a transit visa for my wife from morroco,after asking them if she actually needed a transit visa they informed me yes she does,but realy she did not becouse her layover was under 24hours.I asked originally for the express visa and I was sent a link to make the payment,after I made the payment off 139USD,I spoke with another one off this scammers who told me that the actual express visa is going to cost me much more like 4times the amount that I already paid.So I just asked for a refund off the money and im still waitting ,they have also stopped replying to my messages,stay away from this visa company at all cost other wise you'll have nothing but problems,they are thieves that prayers on people in need,by the way my wife ended up flying through UAE with no transit visa and had no problems at all in getting on to her next flight to India,she was even told by the immigration department in UAE that short stays do not need a transit visa whats so ever,so the conclusion is that this EVisa through Insta Dubai visa is a total lie just to get youre hard earned money out off you at eny cost

This is most scammers I lost 350 USD they keep asking for money to insurance and air ticket etc but even air ticket are before proceeding to visa. Very high tech scammers

Hello guys, this is absolutely scam, do not apply here, I have applied with them first time and they told me I have got rejected with no reason, after there is someone have contacted me and told me if I apply the second time I will get it for sure and if not I can get a fully refund. After they told me I got rejected one more time and this rejection they did not refund me it was absolutely 100% Scam

I've had a very very bad experience. I applied for a tourist visa and submitted all the required documents including 6 months bank statement and more. First they forced to buy expensive insurance which I already had in the GCC. I am living here in Qatar. When i asked to cancel, they stopped forcing to buy insurace and immediately applied to avoid refunding. They gave the application number. However, when I checked the status using the ICP UAE immigration website, my application was not there. I lost a lots of money without any refund.

I am planning to file a complaint with all the evidences to take legal actions against such frauds and scams.

these are scummers, do not trust them, they tell you to pay insurance to take into account you application, but they actually just want your money.

This website is scam. They are indians and trying to get your money. They don't have their actual office. Never use this website.

This company is a scam do not use .They tricked me in paying for a visa and then an insurance on top .They are a proper scam .I have raised a charge back with my credit card company and i urge everyone to never use this company .all this is a big scam
