3. At the time of opening the bonus account, all bonus conditions were publicly available, and during registration, you confirmed your full acceptance of these terms.

4. Had you carefully reviewed the bonus agreement, you would have noticed Clause 14, which states that the Company reserves the right to amend or supplement bonus conditions without prior notice. Such changes could theoretically occur over a period as long as 6 years. However, we emphasize that the bonus conditions have not been changed, and your statement is false and misleading to readers.

Please note that this decision was not made because of “one successful trade,” but based on a combination of factors, including the nature of trading activity, the use of bonus conditions, and patterns identified as abusive trading behavior.
