Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration caused; we do provide a three hour arrival window to allow for any unforeseen delays, and on this occasion our engineer arrived 30 minutes later than planned, with updates shared throughout the morning. We understand how important timing is, especially for a Starlink Installation, and we apologise again for the inconvenience. The unused equipment has been refunded and the funds should be back in your account within 10 working days. Please remember we’re here to continue supporting you and are always available if you need any further assistance.
