I had the absolute best experience with my recent move thanks to Santiago and Jeremias from Instamove. From start to finish, they handled everything with so much care, precision, and professionalism. Every single item was treated like it was their own, and I'm so impressed that all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition.
What really stood out was not only their attention to detail but also how friendly and easygoing they were throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel smooth, organised, and even enjoyable.
I couldn't recommend Santiago and Jeremias from Instamove more highly. If you're looking for a team that truly cares and goes above and beyond, these are your guys. Five stars all the way!

Bruno and Luca were amazing! They took such a good care of our stuff, ensuring that nothing gets scratched and moved in the truck or upon delivery. They were kind, polite and even helped with some extra things that we were not expecting.

Our removalists Gustavo and Fabio were great (on time, friendly/professional, and efficient). And Instamove was very good at communicating everything we needed to know.

Instamove communicated well throughout the whole process and were punctual, polite and so efficient on the day. Very friendly team and so careful with my items. They even moved things up to rooms. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience.
I needed help getting a super heavy massage chair from my garage up a flight of stairs into the house, and they handled it like total pros.
They were on time, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing—no stress, no damage, just smooth and efficient from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a nightmare job turned out to be quick and easy thanks to them.
Highly recommend if you need reliable help with heavy or tricky moves. Will definitely use again!

Booked through 2men and a truck, 13/4/26, yet Edward & Pouchi, 2 young south American men from Chilie were third party contractors @ Roomovers & represented these brands & did a fantastic job . They were a little late but advised us by text message & email in advance. Communication was friendly & great all round. They were very professional, wrapped items securely, worked efficiently and always asked if need be. Smart thinking & stacked the items in the truck like experts in a Tetris game lol. Price was competitive and obtaining a online quote was easy. Handled everything with care & I would recommend them to anyone needing furniture removalists. I had a very disappointing experience with Instamove. During our recent move, the movers broke our TV, and the situation was handled very poorly from that point on.
Instamove used third-party contractors to carry out the move, and after the damage occurred, they refused to take responsibility or compensate us for the broken TV. The workers didn’t give warning on transport of TV without a box. They took items and did NOT handle our items with due care and skill. The movers broke our TV, damaged the stairs, and also hit the gate entrance of the other property during the move - all with documentation and proper reporting at sign off.
As a customer, you trust a moving company to handle your belongings with care and to take accountability if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. The lack of responsibility and unwillingness to compensate for damaged property is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Instamove carefully review their policies around third-party contractors and damage claims before booking. Based on our experience, customer protection and accountability are major concerns. We are in the process of escalating with legal authorities to claim damages done to our property and appliances. The compensation for broken items is only a fraction and not market value.
Second, they kept emphasizing time pressure - no written record or truth behind us pressuring anyone in fact they took their time of 7hrs total instead of the noted time of 4 which we did not complain about.
Not worth the money, go for those who highly skilled workers under thesame company, not contractors.

Really great operations manager Frank and really really lovely removalists Julian and Fernando who treated everything with care and offered to move things outside of their remit. Highly recommend.
