I contacted Lou back in September to book our Disneyland Paris holiday next year. Whenever we go to Disney we always book with instant breaks. Hand on heart I can honestly say Lou is the most helpful travel agent. I recently had a nightmare trying to book our character dinner on the Disneyland Paris app. So I contacted Lou for help, told her the date and time I wanted and it was done in minutes. She’s amazing!

Just got home from our Disneyland Paris trip it was again fantastic thank you 🤩 Lou is always amazing and yes we have booked for next year

I booked 3 nights in Disneyland Paris in August last year for Christmas for my little girl (my now ex was paying, I paid the deposit). I cancelled a month later after being abused by him, it was not safe to travel with him.
I emailed them and asked for a refund explaining the circumstances but they refused. I took advice from the consumer service who advised that under package travel regulation 2018, the deposit should be refunded minus a cancellation fee to terminate the contract. They only replied that ‘per their terms and conditions no refund is due’. When booking they didn’t send me their terms and conditions until after I had paid the deposit.
I tried to dispute it through my bank but the merchant would not accept the dispute. I am a broke single mum, and I cannot afford to lose this money. It’s literally food and living costs for my child. Instant Breaks didn’t even have the decency to reply to me or try to resolve it. It has seriously affected our lives.

Absolutely shocking service from instant breaks who was chosen to arrange holiday through an agent. We had to cancel our trip to Disneyland due to my son’s illness and are still awaiting a paltry refund despite cancelling well before the holiday. I rang back today and was advised that instant breaks are waiting to hear back from Disney for the refund and they don’t know when this will be. I would have assumed they would be covered for this then claim it back themselves but apparently not and we have to keep waiting. Terrible customer service and we will never use them again.

Booked through a travel agent who used this booking agency. We were misled into thinking we had booked an apartment in Portugal belonging to a complex as per the paperwork stated, but Instant Breaks actually booked us an apartment from a rental property agency who owned a few apartments in the complex that we were meant to be staying, probably to add to their commission as the apartment was disgusting to say the least. We had to pay to move out into the apartment we were meant to he staying in from the beginning. Eventually received a refund of the money we had to pay extra, after 7 weeks, but they did not offer any compensation for their mistake whatsoever or admit liability. My travel agent assures me that she'll never use Instant breaks again as they are just a bunch of clowns.

First class service from Instant Breaks. Emmily is a star (5 star). Arranging the Eurostar, hotel, park passes etc for a family trip to Disneyland Paris seemed daunting. Emmily understood exactly what I wanted and made booking so easy.
She was always there by email and phone to answer any questions and was so knowledgeable regarding trains and the whole Disney package.
She gave such a friendly, highly professional service.
I would certainly use Instant Breaks again.

Emmily at Instant Breaks (TheMagicTravelPlanner) has supported us from day one with our Disneyland Paris booking, for April 2024. This is a trip for my partners 40th and we are staying at the local centreparcs and visiting both parks, with a party of 7, travelling via the Euroshuttle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount of changes that we have had to make to our booking(s) and the amount of back and forward that we've had to do with Emmily on email in order to get the final desired outcome has been crazy. Emmily has been patient, responsive, supportive and extremely helpful throughout - For what is in reality quite a small booking for her and the company she works for. There was also a few things that went wrong at the outset, definitely not Emmily's fault but this left us a little peeved, Emmily and her team understood our frustration and acted quickly to ensure that we were looked after and felt valued, with the problems rectified and everyone made happy. I cannot fault Emmily's service and would definitely 100% recommend her.

Emmily was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the patience of a saint! She made everything so easy - it was my first time travelling and booking a holiday abroad. No question or query was too small and we were in constant communication. She's so friendly and professional and couldn't do enough to reassure me when my outbound flights were severely delayed so I was secured flights to a different airport. Emmily took care of absolutely everything and even gave me recommendations. I would definitely use them again.
