Despues de dos meses de a ver comprado la clave de Windows 10 Home, tuve problemas al introducir la clave por que tenía instalado Windows 10 Pro no funcionaba, les informe y me dieron otra clave para Windows 10 Pro. Excelente atención, funciona perfectamente.

No answer after purchase
I purchased a Windows 11 Home key from Instant CDKey but soon realised I didn’t actually need it. I initially contacted support through their website and received helpful replies — they even confirmed that a refund would be possible. However, after I explained the situation and asked for the refund, all communication stopped. I reached out multiple times via email and the website without receiving a reply, which felt very disappointing and unprofessional at the time.
Edit: That said, after posting this review, the Instant CDKey team got in touch and followed up so the refund process could be completed. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue in the end, although I hope communication will be more consistent in the future.
