Avoid InstantCheats.com
I used InstantCheats.com for the Rust Cheat. Initially I was skeptical due to being introduced to this developer through a private chat on discord. I said to the person I spoke to that "It looks like a scam" he assured me it was not. I took the risk.
I paid via PayPal and recieved the Key for the cheat, a PDF instruction manual and the loader. I set it up according to all the instructions and it did not work. It wouldn't even load programs to support the cheat that I installed which was strange. I tried it on Windows 20H2 and found out it was not tested on that version. I downgraded to 20H1 and still the same issue of not loading 2 exe files that stop the loader going ahead. By this stage 4 days have gone by of sporadic technical support and the support staff seemingly unable to troubleshoot their own product. Day 5 I then downgraded to another version of Windows that the cheat was supposed to support and I formatted. Nope still the same error. None of the support staff could help me and had to ask the dev what was going on despite me providing the error code. They said this was the first time this has happened which I find hard to believe since its such a basic problem of not loading NXZT.exe and GameBarpresence.exe. On top of that I had already tried it on 3 version of windows and made sure every time all the virus and firewall stuff was off.
Its now day 6 im $35 USD down and i havent even used the cheat for 1 second in Rust.
I can't make the accusation that they are scammers but I am suspicious due to the procrastination of helping me and that they deleted my ticket on Day 6 and ignored my request for the key that was contained in that ticket.
I would recommend people do not proceed with Instantcheats.com. They cannot provide the support needed to fix issues and do not refund even if you don't get to use the cheat.
I recommend going with Evil Cheats or even Quantum. At least these two groups have cheats that work and Evil Cheats has great support.
