I live in Alaska and the name of the loan company I am dealing with calls themselves allamericacreditloan said they are located in Dallas Tx and they’re main office is in Miami Fl like one person said in their comment I too did an online chat with someone named Emily
She said I was approved for $1000 and had to pay my first installment of $87 and so I was able to pay $25 which was with an apple gift card
I’m on a fixed income so after I paid the $25 she said I had to pay $150 for some tax withholding crap that’s when I knew it was a scam I dealt mostly with someone who calls their self Jacqueline I only lost out on $25 I have been scammed before in the past
please don’t trust this company I have reported them to the FTC I gave them the address in the loan agreement and the phone number which you can’t even call them it says they’re unavailable

This company is a scam. They asked for 50 to start then it went to 150 because my bank wouldn't allow the transfer and then had the nerve to ask for 400 for a western union transfer I call bs so I told them to refund my money and of course they cant until I give them 400 more well how do I get my money back from this fraudulent company? I guess the CFPB and the police will be involved thats why they want apple gift cards which can be traced as well so I guess thats next...

This is an advanced fee scam! They tell you you only have to pay The Upfront installment. Then when they get it they ask you no they tell you that you have to send $150 tax payment or you're not getting your money. Thieves

iNSTANT LOAN AMERICA HAS PROVED TO BE EXACTLY LIKE THAT THE PREVIOUS REVIEW INDICATED. I RECIEVED A CONTRACT INDICATING THAT I HAD TO HAVE $199.00 IN ADVANCE TO PROCEED. I WAS ADVISED IT WAS FOR VERIFICATOIN AND FEDERAL TAXES. I SAID I DONT HAVE THAT AMOUNT STACEY TOOK $50 AMD SAID I IWOULD RECIEVE MY FUNDS IMMEDIATELY. BUT AFTER I PAID THEN SHE SAID I HAD TO HAVE THE $150.00 FOR FEDERAL TAXES. I HAVE RESEARCHED ALL OF THIS AND ITS NOT CORRECT.

THE THING IS THAT IF YOU GO ONLINE AND GOOGLE THEM ITS LEGITIMATE AS FAR AS THE COMPANY BUT WHEN I CALLED IT GOES TO VM. SO HONESTLY IM SO UPSET IM AND DIDNT GET MY $50 BACK OR GET THE $8000.00 LOAN. I DONT KNOW MAYBE PEOPLE HAVE LEARNED TO HACK INTO THE CALLS FROM YOUR PHONE PREVENTING YOU FROM GETTING TO THE REAL COMPANY?

This is a complete scam. They first tell you you need to pay an initial installment payment of $50. Then they tell you there is a federal loan tax payment of $199. They took $100 offer and said that would be fine. The they tell you either your bank or their bank rejected the transfer and that you the need to pay Western Union $400 to finish the process. Every step was personally guaranteed to be the final step. Nothing but lies and unfulfilled promise to fund the loan of $8,000. They even asked me to ask someone for the $400. I asked, what in the hell makes you think I would subject anyone to this? They said they completely understood my frustration and concerns. I bet they do knowing they were scamming.

Everything was easy and fast approval. Until they asked for an advance payment equal to the monthly amount. Classic scam format even if they are legit. After that chat exchange I declined their offer.

I was looking for a loan but given my low credit scores and past delinquencies, only a few lenders have been willing to work with me. Instantloanamerica is a fraud from my experience. They didn't even do a soft credit check but promised to give me up to $8,000. I asked for $4,000. They have great customer service through a chat. "Emily" was assigned to my case, although another person also showed up sometimes. My reasons for labeling instantloanamerica as a fraud are the following: 1) Their website is said to be registered in France according to one review. When I asked about this, they said that they do that for privacy reasons but they are based and operate in the US. 2) They did not disclose from the start that they demand not one but 2 or more upfront payments before sending the money. After sending me the loan contract, and even telling me that they sent the loan money to my bank, which I never saw, they came up with a demand of the first instalment, which they conveniently reduced from $182 to $80 (I believe to develop trust). I had the money, so I sent it to them, despite warnings from financial advisors about paying any money upfront to get a loan. I already suspected that this demand was fraudulent, but I wanted to see how far they would go with the lie and was willing to lose the $80. 3) That money could only be paid by BTC through CashApp or through and Apple Gift Card. Right there, I knew something was fishy, if they couldn't work with a regular debit card. I paid the money through an Apple Gift Card. 4) After this, they told me that I needed to confirm my physical address. I did, but the question is why they did not ask for such basic information from the very beginning. 5) Thinking that now I was going to get the loan, they sent another demand for payment of $150, claiming some required Federal withholding. That is where I pressed the breaks hard. I asked for the exact IRS law, since I have had many personal loans before and nobody asked for any upfront payment. They cited IRS Publication 515, I am sure to throw me off. Unfortunately, the title of that publication is "Publication 515 (2026), Withholding of Tax on Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Entities." It has nothing to do with a lender demanding an upfront payment as a condition for giving out a loan. 6) When I asked for their physical address, they said that they do everything online and don't have a physical address. 7) They are not BBB accredited or certified. If I knew what I know now, I would not touch Instantloanamerica with a 10 foot pole. I would run as far as possible from them.
