Instant Swim レビュー

I’d seen amazing reviews and had been well and truly convinced by the online marketing. My order arrived super quickly and I was genuinely really impressed with the quality of the fabric, there’s nothing else that quite compares! What really let it down for me was the sizing. I’m a consistent UK 12 (even in Zara, IYKYK) and I ordered the XL which is a 12 -14 and it was TINY. I appreciate it needs to be a tight fit, but that was unreal. I’m tempted to reorder in an XXL, but that just feels wild. So I guess, top service, excellent quality and seems to be a GREAT product, but definitely size up..

Really disappointed with my experience with Instant Swims. I spent £95 on a swimming costume, wore it only 4–5 times, and after washing it ONCE, it completely bubbled and has essentially ruined the costume.
When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, I was asked how I had washed it. When I explained that I had washed it with a towel, I was told that this was the reason it had happened and that I should have read the very specific washing instructions on the website.
I completely understand that swimwear needs to be cared for properly, but for a £95 swimming costume, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect it to withstand being washed after just a handful of wears. I also think customers should be made very clearly aware at the point of purchase if the item requires such specific washing conditions.
What I found most disappointing was being made to feel as though the entire issue was my fault, rather than the company showing any willingness to help resolve the situation. I’m now left with a £95 costume that is effectively ruined after 4–5 swims.
For a brand charging this much for swimwear, I expected significantly better quality and customer service. £95 is a lot of money to spend on something that becomes unusable after such little wear.

Really quick delivery as always, great quality costumes (the colours stay vibrant, the fit is really flattering), I literally don’t buy my training costumes from anywhere else

Great quality, good support

I purchased a Raya one piece Tide / Kiss swim suit for my daughter in Dec 25. She has been injured so only started training again approximately 2 months ago. To say that I very disappointed with the swim suit and subsequent customer service offered by Instant Swim is an understatement. Over the period of 2 months the suit has bleached and faded one side and when my daughter contacted Instant Swim they agreed that from the pictures she had sent the garment was faulty. However instead of offering a full replacement or refund they extended a 50% off voucher. This means that having already spent a significant amount on a faulty garment they expect us to further spend our hard earned money on another product that could, again be as rubbish as the first. All I can say is I am very disappointed with the garment but even more so with the so called Instant Swim customer service offered.

I would urge consumers to avoid purchasing from Instant Swim and stick to established and well known swimming brands.

Very unhappy

Since receiving a reply from Instant Swim where they tell me they have issued a full refund, THEY HAVE NOT and writing a review that makes it look as though they care and deal with issues in a professional manner actually is even worse than my initial complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM INSTANT SWIM, SHOCKING AND DISGRACEFUL BEHAVOIR FROM THIS COMPANY.

My daughter's suit faded after just a couple wears (and appropriate care), and she was very disappointed. Instant Swim stood by their product and sent a replacement. Amazing service!!

Good communication, took a little longer than I thought, but the swimsuit and cap are absolutely perfect. Great quality/fit and material.

Overseas delivery 2 weeks is good . The material is lovely & the cut good but a little high on the bottom for a public pool. I can't simply go up a size as the suit fitted perfectly on top .

I match it with a pair of 2" flaired boardshorts ( Roxy No Bad Waves ) now & look forward to a resistance workout & everything is perfect .

Can’t get a reply from customer service almost 2 weeks later despite multiple follow up emails.
Say they want you to love your swimsuit yet when you tell them you don’t love it they don’t gaf. $60 return shipping is an absolute scam. Don’t waste your time or money. money here.
Swimsuits are flimsy, not good quality and the sizing difference between their two swimsuits make it look like they’re made by different companies.

Love my new swimsuit! The colour is beautiful (teal green), the design is not only flattering but very functional. Lots of room to move fully, but supportive at the same time. Buttery soft material , love, love, love!

I was checking InstantSwim for about a year. I always liked it, just waited for right moment to invest on their swimsuit. Therefore my expectations were high. After delivery, my expectations were not only fulfil, but even exceed much higher. Swimsuit fits amazing, quality looks great. Lets see how it will be with the time but I have no doubts!

Love the colour and design, however on larger chests there is some spillage from the front when moving - this is to be expected from any bikini I guess but overall I love it

Product is high quality, shame they are a horrific fit for anyone who doesnt have the body of a 13 year old girl. Terrible customer service. Would avoid. Far better options on the market.

Amazing quality, stunning swimsuit, and fast shipping. Love all 3 of my instant swimsuits!

So supportive love love love. The cut on the rear is very flattering. Size up if you don’t want the straps super tight.

Absolutely love my swimsuit suit - so flattering and fits so well. Quality is unreal and very fast delivery. Wearing the swimsuit has made me fall in love with swimming

The delivery was very quick and easy!

I'm 159cm and got the Karma X Onepiece in a size 34 (L)

I would say the sizing label is quite accurate, but I do find the suit a tiny bit short, which is strange because I have a very short torso. So I usually don't have that issue. When I first tried it on I thought it might be a little tight too, but it's actually perfect when worn in the pool.

Will definitely order another suit from Instant Swim!

My experience with the customer service was unfortunately very disappointing. It took multiple attempts to get in touch and have my concerns properly addressed. Throughout the process, I felt there was a significant level of distrust, with the focus appearing to be on finding reasons why the issues could not be attributed to the products rather than on resolving the complaint.

Two of the three items I ordered had quality issues. Despite providing photos taken shortly after delivery, I was initially told that the defects on the swimsuit were likely caused by contact with another surface. This explanation did not make sense given the condition of the item upon arrival.

After a lengthy back and forth, I was eventually allowed to return the products. Surprisingly, once the return had been received, I was refunded without any further discussion, despite having previously been told that a refund would not be possible.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication afterwards. There was no explanation, no acknowledgement that my concerns may have been valid, and not even a simple apology or confirmation message.

Mistakes can happen with any brand. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, both the product quality and the customer service fell well below my expectations.

the fit is amazing and its perfect for swimming! I will definitely buy again
