Instant Swim レビュー 

I placed an pre- order with a dispatch date of 29th May. I had planned to take the swimsuit on holiday with me (leaving 14 June, so over 2 weeks after the dispatch date). The order was not dispatched and they did not communicate at all to say it was delayed. I followed up the following week and they said the items were delayed and they'd be arriving with them on 5th June. I followed up again on 6th June and I was told they were arriving in their warehouse 'sometime the following week'. This is despite them clearly posting on their instagram about '300 orders' going out the previous day. I repeatedly explained I'd ordered for a planned holiday and they refused to give me a specific day that the swimsuit would be arriving and they ignored several messages on instagram. They are really difficult to deal with via email and instagram. They are unhelpful and push the problem on to the customer. They did not provide any updates except when I was chasing. They've claimed the items are held up at customs, however I think if this were the case it would be normal to expect that they would send out regular updates to customers who had pre ordered. Overall a really poor experience, would not recommend using them.

Returning from Poland costs £30 – almost a third of the suit’s price. Between the high delivery and return costs, it feels like I’ve paid nearly the full price of the suit just to try it on. Disappointed to be paying for both the delivery and the return.

Wow, where do I start? Not only is the website a breeze to use, but the product is spectacular in itself. The material is high quality, the fit is breathable yet makes me look sculpted, I’m OBSESSED. I will be saving from each pay cheque to get every colour. Everyone needs to get themselves something that makes them feel great, look great, and MOVE great!! 🌟🌊

I bought a from instantswim when I needed a swim costume to take with my travelling as I needed something robust and that would last and it has been the best purchase! I’ve now had it for nearly three years with little sign of wear despite using wearing it to train 3x a week and having been worn in various seas, pools and spas. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

i’ve recently just worn the swimsuit for the first time and it was incredible. it held everything in place, doesnt move, doesnt chafe and i feel sooo good wearing it! i really want to buy a new one, to expand my collection, because these colour ways are just so good!

Great communication when I needed to amend an order! The Karma swimsuit is thick material and comes in a beautiful range of colourways. I originally got the Army colourway and couldn’t resist but to get another when the Too Blue restocked. I saw online to size up for a relaxed fit but this ended up being too big in the chest area and the sides gaped so I sized down to my usual clothing size and the fit was much better.

Honestly, the service instant swim provides is amazing! When I was having some issues with shopify tracking my order, I DM’d you guys straight away and both times (since this happened twice) I got immediate responses which were so helpful! Thank you 🫶🏼

Absolutely love the brand! My swimsuit is so comfy! I will definitely be purchasing more. I also attended a swim meet hosted by the brand and the owner as well as the other girls were so lovely! Such a great community that the brand is building🩷😊

Honestly the quality and the speed of delivery was fantastic for my online order. I also attended the first swim club they hosted and was made to feel so at ease, every need was catered for and the community they’re building for swimmers is fantastic!

My swimsuit from instant swim is my absolute favorite. It’s amazing quality for swimming laps and is the perfect fit in all the places. It’s super easy to put on and off which is a huge plus because I hate the struggle of trying to get out of my other swimsuits when wet. If you’re looking for a quality swimsuit to feel confident in, this is the place! If you’re like me, you won’t end up wearing any of your other swimsuits any more because you’ll be wearing your instant swim one every time.

Fabulous brand... The Prana from Instant Swim is my daughter's new favourite. The tie back fits really well, clean lines and comfortable throughout a 2 hour swim session. Excellent quality and gorgeous designs, the customer service is brilliant and the package arrived so fast. Highly recommend!

The best swimsuits for girlies!

I absolutely adore instant swim and their customer service is amazing!

I ordered my usual size which was too small so I wanted to exchange it and I fully intended to, until I saw the costs of returns! Cost of returning the swimsuit was about 30% of the original price and I live in the Netherlands... If I were to return it myself it would cost me a fraction but you do not get that option. Ridiculous, safe to say I will not risk trying another swimsuit with those prices

I've ordered the Karma swimsuit in the size S regular, and it was too tight, so I had to replace it for a size M, That one turned out to be too large in the chest area. After my first swim I could say that is very comfortable and soft but it is not fitting well. It seems one size too large for me, which is a shame since I have replaced it which was in the end too expensive. Overall the swimsuit is nice, but you should be careful about the measures. I've contacted the customer service and they responded promptly but since I live in Europe it was too costly for me to exchange it and in the end it didn't fit.

I was tempted to try this brand and eventually bought a new piece with tags and everything on Vinted for half the price (the Karma swimsuit). I love the fit but as a former competitive swimmer I would only use it for very very light practise - I bought one size smaller than I should have so it fits very tight and yet it does not hold in place when swimming. But like for very chilled holiday swimming it can be used and as it only cost me 40€ I think it’s fair, would not pay the full price thought. Lets see how long the swimsuit lasts!

Customer service has been very responsive and the quality of the suit is great.
