This site does payout and fast my only problem is everyone gets deposit bonuses and despot spins and I don’t get offered none and I spend a lot on the site

I enjoyed using this site, plenty of games I liked, problem came when I had a win and have had nothing but issues to get my winnings and im still waiting. I had to confirm identity etc which is fair and I was happy to oblige but There was supposedly an issue 3 times saying it couldn't be processed even though I was told it had been approved and processed so they put my winnings back on my account, they clearly want me to spend it and lose it so they don't have to pay out. Every time there is a delay (I have to keep re requesting a withdrawal) and each time this is adding days of waiting as they are saying 24-48 hours, then it was 1-3 business days, now I'm being told 3-5 business days, never with any casino have I had this issue. I've never waited more then 24 hours to receive winnings. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be using this site again unless they sort out this problem.

I have never really had an issue with this casino previously. I have won big amounts and they always paid out. But as of recently it’s gone down hill. Taking deposits but not going onto my account therefore taking funds from my bank. Then they claim ignorance. After serval attempts and back and forth. I had a “Andy” contact me who claimed ignorance and refused to deal with the missing money. My bank is currently investigating the matter as each time I was depositing using my bank, there would be a glitch on their website. Also using different names on the transaction therefore making it impossible to take accountability. “Andy” also suspended my account when I said I would be putting in a charge back for the missing funds. Quite suspicious. Doesn’t seem legit as it used to be and quite upsetting as I would use the website as a treat for myself.

Signed up ages ago played a few times won nothing, tried again won 80 and couldn’t withdraw nothing as apparently you can only withdraw minimum 100

Well won abit more so tried withdrawing 100, 24 hours later still pending and now account on hold due to them wanting more documents

Even tho I signed long time ago and provided all documents before even using there site all verified after providing but now apparently when withdrawing they wanting more.

Customer service is poor and very slow to respond too, over 2 hours and still no response from Andy who previously sent me a message and I replied straight away.

Overall bad experience and won’t be using again.

I am not sure what people are complaining about exactly, have been playing in online casinos from a long time and this one tops the list for me.

Bij serieuze en betrouwbare aanbieders kun je meestal langer pauze nemen of jezelf permanent blokkeren. Hier is dat niet mogelijk.

Daarnaast voelt het alsof alles bij hen is ingesteld in hun voordeel en dat je bijna nooit een echte prijs krijgt.

Ik raad Instaspin absoluut niet aan.
Er zijn veel betere en veiligere alternatieven.

5000 euro opewardeerd geen een keer fatsoenlijk prijs geen eens terug naar je bedrag blijf weg hier echt.

Deposited £20 said successful but money never showed in my account. Contacted support who escalated the matter. I waited until midday as wanted to place a sports bet but still no sign of the £20. Deposited another £20 and again it failed. Contacted support again.
After this I cancelled £100 withdrawal to do my bets with. I was then told I had used the £40 deposits when in actual fact I had to cancel a withdrawal. I then decided to play book of the dead on 20p spins. My balance dropped for £89-59 this happened 6 days ago and I've still not had anything back

As per all casinos, they asked for various document before I could complete my withdrawal, however, once verified, everything went through fine - it’s difficult to find legit non-gamstop sites in the UK but so far this seems legit!

Upon joining I asked the chat team to verify my documents before I deposited. The chat team were fab and all documents were verified withing 5 minutes.

The site is really easy to use and dead easy to make withdrawals. The game selection is brilliant, Some games I did find slightly crashy but that could be due to something on my end e.g WiFi.

scam. does not transfer money. it is not even necessary to win. even if you lose, if you decide to stop playing, you will not get the balance back. they start demanding personal documents and data, do not even think of giving them because they will cause a lot of problems for you.
