Bathroom was installed 4 years ago,at that time had numerous problems and when we went to Paisley showroom to complain there was only an assistant,we asked to speak to owner but when she tried to speak to him,he told her to get the police. Two officers arrived and they couldn't have been nicer,turns out it's a common occurrence,I put up a bad review beforehand and the owner made me remove it before they would fix the problems. I should add that the bathroom was for my 80 year mother,and one of the problems was a screw through central heating pipe leaving her without heating!
Fast forward to now,my mother has passed away a few years ago and grandson and wife now living in the house,they noticed damp on adjoining walls and after removing pipe chase discovered that the discharge pipe from shower and sink was just placed in old pipe with a bit of sealant. This has been leaking since it was fitted and as a result the whole bathroom and wall panels are going to have to be removed and dumped because of the amount of water damage,luckily the floor is concrete. My experience with this firm is shocking,once they have your money they don't care and at that time 95% was payed upfront. The owner will probably make up some of his usual excuses if he bothers to reply to this,but its a true account and all I can say is go elsewhere for your bathroom.

I honestly cannot rate this company highly enough. From the beginning of my experience with Instyle with Alan coming to give me a quote, to the after care when my kitchen was finished.

Unlike other companies I had a quote from, Alan gave me a set price for what I wanted and was completely transparent. Other companies had wanted to know my budget and told me “oh we can maybe try and get you something for that”. My quote with Instyle was over 1k under my budget, and had everything I wanted. Alan came out to the house and gave great advice on layout for my new kitchen, as well as samples of flooring and cupboards to see what they looked like to help inform my decision. I felt like he genuinely cared about me getting the kitchen I wanted and was supportive through the decision making.

Installation - Instyle were able to start the work on my kitchen early. Living in an old flat, we encountered some issues along the way with flooring and walls. There was some additional cost that had been unexpected but there would have been no way to tell it was needed at the quote stage as it was relating to flooring which was concealed underneath the old kitchen tyles. The quote for the additional work and supplies was extremely reasonable, particularly given how much extra work it caused the installers. It ended up a huge job for them, and throughout the installation the workmen were patient, kept me informed, and finished things to a really high standard. They were considerate of my pets and boarded up the kitchen entrance to ensure they wouldn’t be injured accessing the kitchen over the weekend. That personal touch meant so much to me, thank you.

Aftercare - I had noticed a chipped cupboard which was replaced the next day. Along with having gaps around the flooring and the skirting sealed in to give the place a more finished look. I had recurrent issues with my electrics, that resulted in 2/3 additional visits from the electrician who was then able to resolve the issue (again due to old electrical wiring in the flat). I was then provided with an electrical works certificate. I received a phone call once my final balance was paid reminding me of my warranty and after care services.

Every single person who was in my house doing work was friendly, professional and trustworthy. This was key for me as I live alone and was having to leave a key for workmen to gain access to my property.

Margaret and all the other ladies in the office were so friendly, so polite and fab at keeping me updated.

My new kitchen is beautiful. It’s finished to such a high standard and the appliances provided by Instyle are great quality.

I’m so glad I chose Instyle for my home renovations. It’s a huge investment and feels like you’re taking a leap of faith trusting a company to carry out the works, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

We recently got our bathroom supplied and fitted by this company , from the lovely and friendly Alan that came to our house to show us many different styles we choose a wet wall bathroom. The staff that came to fit our bathroom were friendly and efficient and couldn’t do enough for us it was completed within a week. At this time we didn’t want a full kitchen renovation however our hob was damaged and instyle got us a brand new one and fitted that within an hour of receiving this I would highly recommend this company thanks again instyle

We recently had our bathroom installed and I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. From the very first visit to plan the bathroom right through to delivery and installation, the whole process was smooth and professional.

The team removed our old bathroom and installed the new one with absolutely no issues. They even installed the mirror and all the accessories for us – nothing was ever a problem. The guys were professional, reasonably priced, clean, tidy, and very polite. They treated our home with care and respect, as if it was their own.

Everything was completed to a high standard and the finished bathroom looks amazing. As a lovely finishing touch, we even received a beautiful bunch of flowers from the company, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

If anyone is thinking about getting a new bathroom, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with them. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

What can I say but the ultimate professionals, from start to finish it was the most professional service I think we think we have ever had, Margaret was in constant contact informing us off arrival times for the materials and then the work men arrival, the workmen were clean and tidy and willingly answered any questions we had, I cannot recommend in style enough to anyone wishing to purchase a kitchen, absolutely delighted with ours and to top it off a beautiful flower bouquet arrived from them wishing us a happy new kitchen, definitely deserve a five star rating . Instyle installed my kitchen in December 2025.I would say that the quality of units and workmanship were very good. Communication from office staff was also good.Some minor issues were resolved very quickly.
I now find it a pleasure to use my kitchen.

I got my kitchen fitted in November 25, from Alan coming to my house , the 2 guys that fitted it were amazing and no mess , Margaret and Claire in the office were brilliant . I would highly recommend the company , from start to finish was amazing , the can’t do enough for u . The electrical was great and the rubbish got lifted quickly . Amazing company

Salesman was ok but promised the world which was already a red flag. My partner liked the panels which I do agree are very nice but gave us a “deal” if we used the installers they had. This is where it went wrong, constant swearing which just seemed unprofessional and unnecessary, lads asking the main guy can we knock off early so the job turned from a 3 days job to 4.5 day job. They left glue all up the sides of panels, didn’t seal around the sink properly and instead of using a core bit for the outgoing they used a chisel bit and absolutely battered my back wall, spoke to them to come back and fix up a few problems which I get as a trade myself but the attitude soon changed from the woman on the phone saying it’s the contractors fault telling us we had to call him, he was not in the best mood coming back to the job and told us not to contact the office. I would recommend buying the panels but that’s it. Rude and aggressive after they got the money.

My 2nd bathroom done. I've used this company twice and it's been 5 star both times. Alan, came out to quote. The first fella stripped the bathroom. The following day Jack and Thomas fitted the bathroom. It took a week from start to finish. The quality of materials are first class as is their work ethic. I'm looking forward to getting my kitchen done next year. I would definitely recommend

Had our bathroom ripped out & New one put in, guys doing various jobs were fabulous throughout. We had a few issues after Installation which were resolved in such little time with Instyle. Over the moon with our new bathroom & would highly recommend this Company.
Aftersales service is 1st Class.

I booked Instyle for a kitchen replacement, due for install 10th November. Kitchen delivered in 6th was the wrong one.
Work started on 10th, correct units delivered, only units removed. Happy Days you might think....
Fast forward to today, 24th Nov, and I wish I'd never touched this company. Poor joinery works, still awaiting rectification. Poor electrical - returned 3 times already.
All splashbacks need replaced. No apologies. I asked for a manager visit - 'all have school age children with after school clubs'. My photos were ignored showing faults, they have £7800 of my money - I have a very sub standard install.

I am still finding it hard to believe how good their after sales service is. I asked for assistance to repair a relatively minor problem a full four years after our kitchen was fitted. I was quite happy to pay for the work to be done. Not only did they offer to get it fixed at no cost but a team arrived the day after my initial contact with the Company. They were just great and had the problem totally resolved in very little time. Wonderful after sales service.

First class experience from initial survey to completion.The workmanship and finishing was first class . An excellent job of renewing my whole ensuite bathroom. Thanks to all the workmen for their excellent standard of work .

Over the moon with my bathroom, renovating the whole house and decided to start with the bathroom. The outcome has giving me such motivation to get all rooms looking that good. Thank you to the whole team for communicating so well with me and making the process so easy. Would highly recommend them!!

From initial survey discussing options to removal of old sanitary ware through to installation of shower cabinet, toilet, vanity unit and sink, bathroom cabinet, new ceiling and floor the fitters were so efficient and polite. Came as arranged. Kept me informed at all stages and completed job within agreed timescale

Needed some remedial work done on an existing Instyle bathroom. Service was great from initial call to the fitter attending and completing the job within a few days. Both bathrooms still looking fantastic.

Hade a new bathroom fitted by in style, it was all done very professionally and we are delighted with the result .Would definitely recommend them,it was hassle free with great communication throughout the fitting .

Purchased a fitted kitchen in 2017 from Instye Paisley. Had an issue which we couldn't get fixed. Called on a Saturday morning, sent e-mail with pictures to Siera and by Tuesday afternoon all sorted. Fitter excellent. Service all round much appreciated and really pleased.
They deserve all praise from me and definitely recommend.
