Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I enquired about the availability of some rockwool insulation slabs as the price offered through Insulation-Online was by far the best around, and initially it was going to take 4 weeks to get the stock. But after Darroch liaised with my local depot, they were able to source the stock and deliver in less than 2 weeks. Darroch kept me informed every step of the way, the driver turned up exactly when expected and was very helpful, even offloading the goods and helping to put them in our garage.
