insulation shop レビュー

I’m a builder and we had an urgent request for cladding for one of our builds and the guys at Insulation Shop bent over backwards to help get all materials to our site in super quick time.. highly recommend
High and Dry Renovations Ltd

Good prices, prompt service, and a particularly helpful driver with my last delivery - thank you!

Adam gave excellent customer service.
Friendly,efficient,prompt service.
The materials ordered were delivered as promised, within the time scales quoted.
We would highly recommend Insulation Shop to friends and colleagues, with a special mention to Adam
Thank you.

I was caught short on a job having under-ordered some key items after wasting an hour trying to source it at builders merchants before closing time.

I am reluctant to order online due to previous experiences with other providers suffering longer lead times than expected and items listed as in stock when they aren't.

After speaking with Adam, he filled me with confidence that they had the items in stock and if the courier had capacity, could get them over to me by midday next day.

Having confirmed with the courier and paying the Invoice, the items were delivered before the rendering team even turned up to start work.

I had even considered driving 2 hrs round trip plus fuel just to keep the job going and pick up the items.

Worth every penny.

Adam underpromised and overdelivered, a credit to the business thank you.

Excellent service. I was caught out short of a particular ceiling plasterboard and after spending 2 hours on the internet and phone I was unable to find the board anywhere. Insulation Shop came to the rescue, they sourced the board and delivered. Since I was desperate I asked for the quickest delivery ever and Insulation Shop, again, came to the rescue and delivered the boards even earlier than originally anticipated. Very impressed with the service and thank you Insulation Shop!

Great Service, great prices and all the products delivered as expected. Simon is a star and sorted everything out for me. No request was too much even when I changed my order 3 times. Thank you Simon and all the team at the Insulation Shop. I highly recommend them

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Insulationshop and its exceptional staff, especially Andrew! We recently used them for a house improvement project, and they delivered exactly as promised. The quality of their insulation products was top-notch, and Andrew's dedication and support from start to finish were outstanding. If you're looking for a reliable and high-quality insulation supplier, look no further than Insulationshop and their fantastic team, led by Andrew!

I did place an order for some screws. There was a problem with the courier, but a guy named Adam did everything possible to sort out the issue. As I said to him, people which try to solve you problem as part of their customer service are extremely valuable. Hope I can deal with people like Adam more often.

Brilliant service and competitively priced, will use again.

Made a large order for this shop, insulating outside of house, everything arrived quickly, one item was wrong and remedied when called. Prices were best that could be found.

Made further orders as well.

Website is easy to use, except for address finder, that needs fixing

Very helpful, professional yet kind Team, delivery as discussed -very happy with the purchase.
Thank you.

Insulation delivered two days after ordering. Despite my attempt to buy the wrong product, Andrew got me what I needed, at a lower cost and also made sure it was available and sent in good time. First class from a company that knows it's product and sets out to deliver, in every sense of the word. Can recommend to anyone seeking insulation materials. Hard to beat. Thanks.

Insulation shop really came to the rescue with our project! They were extremely helpful and were delightful to deal with. I spoke with Simon who went above and beyond to ensure a quick and urgent delivery of some vital materials to our building site after being let down last minute by another supplier a few days before the Easter bank holiday weekend. I would absolutely recommend them and will happily use their services again. 10/10

What a good service I had , in a short notice they managed to supply me with the insulation material,

The company hit a delay when their forklift broke down on the day of delivery but Simon managed to send it the next day. Efficient and rapid responses to email and telephone calls.

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that the order has been postponed due to Elavon withholding the money due to fraudulent activities and the Police investigating the situation.

Could you please provide us with an address that the card is registered to?

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that it is not us who are judging you in this case but Elavon Payments, it is them who have told us to withhold the transaction, not us.

Is there any chance you can send us details of the address where the card is registered or any statement?

All the best,

Simon

Dear Vytautas,
Following your emails we spoke to elavon and they said the transaction is fraudulent, the card details from the order don't match, the card has been issued in Canada. You did not provided any proof that it's your card.
The delivery address is the same as on the past order, where the transaction was fraudulent as well. The money has been refunded and the order cancelled.
Please delete this harmful review.

yes its Canada credit card but how do i put Canada billing address when u dont have option to put other country billing, but instead to contact me on email to provide it u accuse me doing fraud , if any buy with other country credit card u accuse of fraud and report police? u dont have option tu put other country only UK

Simon went out of his way to ensure we could get hold of a product on a very tight timeline as a 1st time customer! He made several calls back and forwards between us and suppliers and this made a huge difference to ensure we didn't run into delays on site. Much appreciated and will use again
