I was hoping to put my aunty on my policy, but I was told, because I have been with insurance line for awhile I had to do a new policy, I don't know what to believe as had been told I could.

My husband and 1 had funeral insurance for nearly 30 years,when we separated recently,he was able to just remove me from the policy because he was the "owner". This is grossly unfair as I was jointly paying the policy and now I have lost that cover. This must be away to change this situation.

Very disappointed. I have been paying my income protection for more than 5 years with Insurance Line. And last January, I got my injury and asked for claim. After explaining my situation MORE THAN 5X and completion of all the requirements that they need. They didn't bother to call or update me with the status of the claim. AND AFTER COUPLE OF DAYS WAITING, I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND THEY WILL TELL ME THAT MY CLAIM IS NOT APPROVED. SPENT MONEY TO PAY THE DOCTOR FOR THE MEDICAL RECORDS THAT THEY ASKED AND THEN THEY WILL TELL ME THAT ITS DECLINED DUE TO WAITING PERIOD. BASED ON MY POLICY MY WAITING PERIOD WAS 28 DAYS AND I AM OUT OF WORK MORE THAN 28 DAYS. THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT FOR BACK INJURY HAS DIFFRENT WAITING PERIOD WHICH IS 90 DAYS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND INSURANCE LINE. VERY POOR SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO THEIR CLIENT.
