William was brilliant from start to finish. He helped me get health insurance set up for both myself and my daughter under the same policy and monthly payment, and made the whole process really straightforward.

He was friendly, patient and easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and was really understanding when discussing more sensitive topics, this made a phone call I was dreading actually easy.

What I appreciated most was that he gave genuine advice instead of trying to push a sale. He took the time to help me make an informed decision about the right provider for us, and I never felt pressured to chose a particular company.

The service provided by Insured health throughout their business is simply superb. In particular the professionalism and patience of their Senior Healthcare consultant Neil Hovey.
Neil is clearly extremely knowledgeable of the market and details of all the top healthcare providers and when my existing insurer raised their prices dramatically Neil very quickly found several solutions and I was able to obtain exactly the same insurance cover with another top insurer at a substantially lower cost.
Insured Health took care of everything and although I rarely praise organisations, the level of service Insured Health provide is so good I just had to. I cannot recommend them enough. First Class, and thank you.

Bryn was very helpful and got us a better deal after a huge no claim premium rise from our existing providers. He allayed our fears and assured us we’d get the same cover but at a much cheaper premium. He answered all our questions and we now feel confident moving forward at a cost we’re happy with. Efficient and friendly manner too.

Jake must be the most efficient and knowledgeable person ever. Such a joy to deal with someone who understands how to be professional. He replied so quickly to my email I thought it must be an automated response! He put in a monumental effort to deal with my technical enquiries and was absolutely superb. He could make a living demonstrating how to do a job properly and well for all the companies who constantly fail to do so.

Following a renewal quote for continuation of medical insurance with a well known provider, which had gone up by 12% and had been increasing for years despite having no claims, I got in touch with Insured Health for a comparison quote. Lee Pantin took me through all of the information gathering and explained everything thoroughly. I was able to get like for like cover with a low excess and access to local private hospitals with a reputable provider for £2,600 less! Tiernan was excellent by his services, very kind, professional, apologised when necessary, for instance had a cough or something and apologised when he did have them, very professional helpful & answered all questions we had thoroughly.

He has been an amazing help in getting our health insurance plan sorted, very polite with both of us, not too fast & no too slow in his voice.

Definitely good values we heard and explained which one would be more expensive to cheaper and better for us,

I wanted to change my existing Healthcare policy as it the premiums had increased by an extortionate amount a month. I spoke to Jake Saxelby who checked the markets for me and took relevant details. He found me a policy with a well known company at about £70 less per month than I am now paying for a similar . Jake was very thorough, and did all the switching for me. He was also very friendly and told me that he would arrange contact every year to review my policy. He also provided me with his personal phone number for ease of contact. I’m very impressed!!

Had a very informative yet easy to understand conversation with Lee Pantin about the insurance and what was the best cover for me. It was a great experience as I got all the info I needed without feeling pushed like you do with other companies. Very pleased with the time the quote took and I took out the insurance.
