We’ve been using Integrilla for connecting our CRM with WhatsApp and Instagram

We’ve been using Integrilla for connecting our CRM with WhatsApp and Instagram, and overall the experience has been very smooth.

The setup was simple and didn’t take much time. Everything is connected in one place, so we can easily manage chats from both WhatsApp and Instagram without switching between apps. This saves a lot of time for our team and makes communication with clients much faster.

The system works reliably and messages are delivered without delays. It also helps us keep track of conversations inside our CRM, which makes follow-ups much easier.

Overall, it’s a very convenient and practical tool that improves our daily workflow. We’re satisfied with it and continue using it in our business.
