Absolutely horrible experience with this web site. Got a trial version for 7 euro for a week, just to see if kids are gonna be interested. Not even a week pass they took 30 euro from my bank account. Without my permission, just toon the money. I did write to the customer service. Was told the refund is not available, as it is said in their terms and conditions, which are probably written in a very small print, which is not even visible for normal people. Then was offered three months free and some sort of printables. Txt them back to find out what are the printables about and still waiting for the answer! For 3 days already. So if u do not want to loose ur money stay away from this company. Very unfair on the people who maybe not even able to afford this payment and just did not notice there small print. Very very unhappy here. Stay away from them!!

The best app I invested in for my child's education
It's been a year using the app and my 4 yo really enjoys the content and it's always learning new things and telling me about it. The graphic design of the app is really engaging. Recently I participated in a feedback survey and I'm glad to see that they are always trying to improve by listening to their customers.
The only thing that I would say that needs improvement is for some games that are a bit difficult for the age range selected in the settings, so my boy struggled with some of them when he was 3 yo, because the setting was for 3-4yo. It makes a difference from one year to another, and when I gave my feedback they showed interest on improving that.

Unprofessional policy, fraud billing and pre-kg content
I purchased one month plan believing it is 72 SR, but i was deducted another 72 SR for the games, which i was not aware of. And the content is too basic. It is for a pre-kg student which is not good enough for my kid. I was promised of printable worksheets too, but later they are asking for premium subscription for that!!!.So i asked for a refund, but their refund policy does not allow me to ask for a refund. How unprofessional that is!!! Beware guys, do not fall in this trap.
