Unexpected American keyboard with no £ 

Unexpected American keyboard with no £ sign (Dell Latitude), unlike other brands available - it cost an extra chunk to get expert advice on installing a "second keyboard". Otherwise fine.

We’re sorry to hear the keyboard layout wasn’t what you expected on the Dell Latitude. We’re reviewing this internally to understand what happened.

We’ll also be tightening up our processes around checking and documenting keyboard layouts to reduce the chance of similar issues in future.

Dell PowerEdge R7525 Storage expansion

We were looking at options to extend storage on a Dell PowerEdge R7525 Server. The folks at Intelligent Servers were fansatic to deal with and were able to provide us with a solution.

Order was fine but delivery wrong

Ordering was fine and quick dispatch but picked up wrong address in delivery system. Delivered to a collegue's house rather than mine.

1st time order, excellent experience.

1st time ordering from Intelligent Servers but the service was excellent, the device arrived very quickly and very well packaged and works perfectly. I will definitely be ordering again when I next need something.

Buying a Dell H310

Bought a used Dell H310 HBA and it arrived in excellent condition and prompt delivery. The details of the board did not include whether it was IR mode or IT mode and/or whether it had a boot bios flashed. Fortunately, I had the knowledge to flash the whole thing from scratch to give me what I needed. However, excellent company, great service, I recommend.

Awesome service :)

Awesome service, ordered a part that turned out to be faulty, returned and new one delivered, really fast, really good communication, good range of products, well packaged and delivered super fast, you cant ask for better :) when next project appears these are the guys i will be asking for parts.

Purchase of memory

Purchase of memory was easy, delivery as expected, nicely packed and memory was all recognised as HP assured ECC when installed.

Upgrade from Windows 10 to 11

Needed an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Excellent communication via ticketing system. Had to take machine into Harrogate. No problem whatsoever, Owain was top class - thinks John Lewis great customer service then add some more. Highly highly highly reccomend!

Recommended

I've used Intelligent Servers many times over the past 10 years to buy HPE & Dell servers and accessories at a fraction of buying new. What really sets them apart other used equipment suppliers is that equipment arrives clean, well packaged and tested with fully up to date firmware. We've not had to use their inclusive warranty yet as the equipment has worked really well. Thoroughly recommended, especially if you're on a tight budget.

Highly recommended. Great value and service throughout.

Scott took great care of our order for a batch of refurbished switches. They ensured the firmware was up to date and matching, provided numerous specialist cables to allow us to hook everything together and kept us regularly updated on the status of the order. They also took the time to ensure they were all working as expected, as they discovered a fault on a port which was soon rectified. Also took the time to inform us of some aesthetic concerns about the switches. Thoroughly attentive and an absolute bargain.
