I've referred 45 people to this app. My loop points came today for 38 of those referrals, which equals $950. I redeemed the points and it said the money would appear shortly in my account. It's been hours and it's still not credited. I also cannot access the virtual card in my account, it's been "processing" for over a week and I've had this account for over a year. I want my money and my card situation fixed! Customer support keeps giving me the runaround. I'll update my rating once this is resolved.
