Intercounty Estate and Letting Agent レビュー

I have used Intercounty a few times over the years, both the buy & rent. Both experiences where top class. Over the last few months Intercounty have helped me sell my property with exception ease, even during a global pandemic.

The communication with their team is second to none, whether that be via email, phone or in person. They are all very knowledgeable about the markets they work in and are always happy to offer advice.

The contact i had with the Bishops Stortford team was amazing. I would like to thank Olivia, James & Doug for all their help and would of course recommend not only the estate agent but these specific people in the Bishops Stortford Office.

Best agency ever i recomand rebbeca best agent thanks for your help

Me and my boyfriend are first time renters and were looking for a place we could move into quick. Intercounty did exactly that! We were moved in within a month of viewing the property which was exactly what we wanted!

Mollie at Intercounty was so helpful during our viewings and moving in. She was so nice, super quick to respond to messages regarding any questions we had and was just helpful all round. If we end up moving again I'll be asking for Mollie! Thank you Mollie!

I also want to quickly mention Will at Intercounty too! He helped us view a property before the one we moved into and helped us with the move into our current flat too. Thank you!

The day we moved in we were welcomed into our flat with a cute welcome box including some snacks, essentials (hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes) and more!

I would recommend Intercounty to everyone!

All the members of staff - Dan, Molly and Will were very helpful and efficient. They made the experience of letting my apartment a smooth and pleasant one.

Recently dealt with Molly Harrison-Stent at Intercounty, Old Harlow, regarding obtaining a tenant for an apartment. Molly was most helpful and everything went very smoothly. Other members of staff at this branch were also most helpful. Telephone calls are answered promptly. Appointments are easy to make and all the staff with whom I had dealings were pleasant and helpful.

Mollie helped us with our recent move. Very professional and supportive throughout the whole process putting our minds at ease.

Thank you

Our offer got accepted on a property. Our solicitors carried out searches and reported back with a shocking find. 10,000 homes + major intersections were being built in & around this beautiful historical village, where the property was located. We asked the estate agents on numerous occasions about any pertinent information which could effect the property.

When the estate agent was confronted (Sarah G) she was unapologetic and couldn’t care less. Her attitude was appalling and proves yet again at how 99.9% of estate agents are clueless amateurs.

Couldn't fault our experience with Intercounty, especially Rebecca at our Chelmsford branch, communication was excellent and everything during our rental process was explained step by step.
When we actually collected our keys we were given a welcome to your new home box from Intercounty which included some lovely treats ! What a lovely touch!

Intercounty were brilliant from the beginning right through to completion. They always kept me updated and were attentive, professional and friendly, the staff at the Old Harlow branch I used were great and I would highly recommend.

Mollies been a great help with securing tenants accordingly. Excellent communication and easy to get along with

Have worked with Intercounty's lettings team for a number of years and always been impressed with the honesty and efficiency. Highley recommended.

Professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Mollie from Intercounty was so helpful and explained everything clearly. A nice easy rental experience. Thank you.

I recently had the experience of letting out my property via intercounty. Lisa was brilliant and the communication was really good enabling a seamless and efficient rental process with tenants lined up and in place the day the property was marketed. I’d highly recommend their services

I have moved a few time over the past few years and have always found estate agencies difficult to work with but this has certainly changed with my recent experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford. The 2 Harry’s and Reece who work there and the lady her gave us a 2nd viewing worked fabulously throughout the process. They are by far the best agents I have dealt with and that has been a few. Thank you for such a an easy experience... Steve and Claire

Just bought our first home with Intercounty.
Considering Covid and the lockdown and stamp duty holiday etc. etc. it was a stressful time to try and do this. The team at Intercounty were helpful, patient, friendly and professional. I'd certainly be happy to use them again! Highly recommended.

We have used Intercounty a few times over the last 12 years and they are consistently excellent. Andrew and his team are always very helpful and knowledgable.

Have been using Intercounty to manage our flat for quite a few years. Always professional and helpful team. Look after everything for us.

Amazing, after ages of trying to find somewhere to rent, and feeling so despondent was so lucky to speak to Intercounty. Natasha helped straight away, she was Professional, helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend using Intercounty!
