Never received my order.
I placed my order Black Friday (day after thanksgiving). I ordered 2 saddle ornaments. 1 for my horse trainer and 1 for me. The purpose of the ornament was to be paired with a bottle of whiskey as a Christmas gift for my horse trainer. Never happened…. She only got the bottle of whiskey.
I contacted costumer service directly from their website. He response time was quick. Within an hour quick. I was given a USPS tracking number. They said they shipped the order 12/10/21.
I went to USPS tracking to request updates. Never received movement and it is 12/22/21.
I am calling USPS to make sure this is a legit tracking number.
Because every time I contact costumer service I get the same automated email about how it’s DHL & USPS fault.

I was terrified when I was searching through the website. I had been reading comments saying the site is fake its a scam. I seen several different pages made but all made it to interest pod. I went ahead and placed an order anyways through PayPal. Everyday I checked for an update with none. I finally reached out via email I did get a response. I still didn't feel at ease and I looked on my front porch and there sat my two boxes I opened up to find both of my orders exactly as I had ordered nothing out of place nothing wrong. I was very pleased with my purchase and I'm very glad I bought them. They were a gift for fathers day but I couldn't hold them back I handed them to my kids to give their father and he fell completely in love and cried. I had two different canvas made. Thank you to all at interest pod for making my order happen. You all did awesome work.
