We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced while trying to cancel your subscription. That’s not the experience we want for our members.

We’ve reviewed your complaint and can confirm that a full refund for the $49 subscription will be issued. Please email CSsupervisor@internationalliving.com so we can access your account.

To clarify, the additional offer you referenced was an optional upgrade and not required to access the content included with your original purchase. It appears there may have been some confusion around access, and we’re sorry for that experience.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful review. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the sessions, found the event well-organized, and had the chance to connect with other attendees — those connections are often one of the best parts of our conferences.

I also appreciate your feedback about Portugal and other European countries receiving less time in the program, as well as your observation about the information booths being more focused on Central America. We’ll certainly take this into account as we work to provide a more balanced representation of regions.

We understand that not every opportunity we present — such as crypto and gold investments — will be of interest to everyone. At the same time, many of our attendees are actively looking for ways to protect or grow their wealth while living overseas, and we aim to provide a range of options to meet those varied interests.
