Been buying domains from them for years. Easy interface. Great Support. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. Unsupportive customer service on both domains. I've been asking for over 6 months for help with issues and still no resolution. I've had 2 domains for over 10 years and will not be renewing this year.

We have 200 domain names with them. We took an abuse reporting from a competitor with a fake screenshot. I lost my sites 2 weeks ago. The support sucks! I'm really disappointed with this shitty service after spending tens of thousands of euros with them.
Because of you, people are going to lose their jobs…

I've been using internet.bs for about 3 years now and I have been happy with their service. My domains are totally affordable at a yearly rate, and internet.bs is really good about reminding me of domain expiration/renewal. I find them to be trustworthy.

The only domain register i trust

I had experiences in the past with other register and they gave me so much headache and making me look bad to customers, but after discovering internetbs 7 years ago i never changed again!

It just works, they send you mail for everything you could need, the only time i needed support they have been able to help me and i buy every domain with them.

Stay away

The customer support is incredibly slow and unhelpful, incapable of resolving issues when they arise. I purchased a domain and provided the correct company information for billing, yet the invoice was issued with my personal details instead.

Since late November, I’ve sent countless emails and had numerous chat conversations trying to fix this issue, but I’ve received no meaningful response or resolution.

A company operating with such poor service and disregard for customers should not be allowed to operate within the EU.

Internet BS has an anti-abuse policy which prevents the registration of websites which impersonate other websites. Despite bringing to Internet BS’s attention the existence of an IDENTICAL website selling our client’s counterfeit products and using our client’s trade mark, the customer service agent said it was a civil matter. The conclusion is irresistible that Internet BS facilitates fraud.

Works very well, I bought a new domain there and transferred my old domain without issues. By far the most trustworthy cheap registar.

Good pricing, free privacy... What more can you ask for from a domain registrar? I mean, why pay GoDaddy an arm and a leg?

Been using Internet.bs for many many years and the service has been very reliable, the interface is simple even if it might look outdated but it works. The only time I needed customer support was when I wanted to speed up domain transfers and they're are always available over chat and helpful. On top of that, the prices are good. Thank you.

Après l'achat d'un nom de domaine, je me reconnecte afin de paramétrer le nom de domaine vers mon hebergement, et je vois que mon compte est bloqué en me remerciant de contacter le service client. Je contacte par mail le service qui me dit que des filtres sont mis en place "pour protéger" l'utilisateur et qu'il faut une copie de carte d'identité, justificatid de domicile et carrément une photo de la carte bleu qui a servi au paiement, non ce n'est pas une blague. Je demande le remboursement en souhaitant racheter le nom de domaine chez un autre hébergeur je reçois finalement une réponse me disant que je vais etre rembourser à l'heure actuel toujours pas de remboursement et le nom de domaine toujours enregistré.

Bons prix, interface super simple, pas d'upsell débile.
Juste un registrar qui s'en tient à ça.

Process of renewal is easy. Got warnings in advance. OK price (half of what it was a week ago.......). Idk, they kept my websites online for over a decade so that part works. They started out as more obscure, but have turned more legit/mainstream in recent years. I remember getting mails in Bulgarian in the beginning...
