I would give a negative number if I could. Extremely incompetent. Chat support is useless, they forward always to level 2 that answers afters days. In the meanwhile, the domain expires and you are forced to renew with them.

We have thousands of domains with them, moving everything away while the clients are renewing.

For .com or generic ones in can be acceptable, but for cctld stay away from these incompetent people.

SCAM stay away.
They are cheating and will take over of your domain on time when you should extend it.

Using Internet.bs and enjoying easy portal

I lost a clients domain foodsafetyltdug because of a mistaken identity, They say the company has been liquidated, and yet this company is in Uganda and is running, We tried to explain to Internet.bs but they continued to disable the domain. This was a very terrible experience.

As usual, there were no complications with renewing my domain.
I've been using this company for around a decade and have no complaints.

Always secure logins, prompt follow-up service, and always smooth processing of domain renewals.

Ever since I moved to them I've been having issue after issue after issue

My account got frozen with 127$ in it.

I contacted 10 times live chat and they suggest me to wait because they have escalated it to an other department.
24 hours after that "other department" hasnt answer me about refuning me or unlocking my account according to Ivan D words.

After years when evereything was going normally, now i lost my first domain cause InternetBS locked my account for an invoice that I paid with PayPal but they say it s not true. Even if I sent them the payment. So, now I am only losing domains, that are my job, that is my survival

Terrible customer support. If you have basically any question, they have to send the question to "level 2 support". This means they simply forward your chat message to someone else and you just wait for them to respond. It is not actually support - it's a message forwarding system that makes you believe they can actually help. It didn't always use to be like this. They have become worse over the years.

Internetbs offers good and transparent prices for many TLDs and is easy to use. I have been a happy customer for a dozen years now and they still are one of my favorite registrars.

Update: Company refunded the domain.

I bought a .feedback domain years ago with internet.bs.
.feedback is a well known scam register which doesn't allow you to pretty much do anything with your domain, if you don't pay an extortionate amount (thousands of $). Internet.bs knowingly sell you a scam domain but do not offer refunds and can't do anything about that. There are plenty of other non-dodgy domain serices (Cloudflare, Google Domain, iwantmyname), don't use internet.bs, don't do that to yourself.

Chat was awful. The person could not explain to me in any simple terms HOW to access my $4.54 USD balance in order to renew my domains. Just awful. You renewal process is overly complicated if people have any balance remaining in their account. Simple, CLEAR instructions would be VERY helpful!
