2nd time I Have used Internet specs very good service and quality frames

The first time I have used the reglaze option, and it was very straightforward. My glasses (for computer use) are great.

This has been an absolutely brilliant experience with amazing customer service. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever had with a real eye for the individual customer and needs. There was a web issue that saw me struggling to place an order, but Ian contacted me and reserved the pair I wanted for when I was able to place the order. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the process which was really nice. Would absolutely recommend!

The service was excellent, prompt and professional.
Mr Sceats returned my call promptly even though it was Saturday morning and I didn't really expect the office to be open anyway. He was helpful and professional throughout and his experience as an optometrist (retired) was invaluable. My frames arrived next day by special delivery and the price was very competitive. I made a considerable saving on the high street price I had been quoted. Highly recommended.

Within an hour of sending an email I received a whatsApp call from Mark to discuss my fitment concerns since I hadn't worn acetate frames nor seen Walter & Herbert frames before. My frames were shipped on a Saturday and delivered the following Thursday. Upon receipt I liked them so much I decided to order another Walter & Herbert style and Mark gave me a 20% discount and a great deal on the lenses. Okay so i feel like I should give more information than that

I’ve never bought from this company. I didn’t even know they existed.

Until my email was flooded with fake giveaways and fake articles, all of which ended with links to this company website and contact info for this business.

I have no idea why, but I don’t particularly care for the why, I just want it to stop.

Superb service! I wasn't sure about something when i ordered so I added a question to the order notes. Shortly after I believe Mark called and explained everything to me in detail. The end result is the best glasses i've ever purchased and for the fraction of price i would have been charged at a high street optician. I can't recommend this shop enough. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Speedy service, all done within a week.

I've been checking this company for months before I decided to purchase from them. I had two pairs of glasses reglazed. Once I submitted a query, Mark called straight away to clarify my request.
From the date of my order, it took just under 2 weeks for my glasses to get delivered. They are great value for money and I think it's a family business which makes me even happier for deciding to purchase with them and now I know where to go to next time I need new glasses.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Mark phoned to check the details with me, we had a very informative chat which helped me select the correct options and my new glasses arrived in 9 days. Internetspecs were also the best value for money as all the standard coatings and postage are included in the quoted frame price. I am super happy with both my new specs and the customer service received. I will definitely be using internetspecs again.

Internetspecs was the best value for money for the prescription sunglasses I wanted compared to competitors. I also checked other frames and styles out of curiosity and Internetspecs came out on top for those too!! Total lead time was around 2 weeks.

I am considering replacing my normal day to day glasses and will definitely be using Internetspecs for those.
