Went above and beyond to help us
Iain at Internet Specs really went above and beyond to help us. We needed a particular frame really quickly and he not only had this discontinued frame, but got it out to us in record time. Although called Internet Specs, this company offers a really personal service and are very helpful and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!! :D

Consistently excellent.
My wife and I have been buying glasses from, and getting glasses "reglazed" by, Internetspecs for well over 2 years now. Their service and responsiveness is consistently excellent - and their range of frames extensive. In my own experience I would more rely on their advice and guidance than my opticians - they are very helpful. Highly recommended.

I'm a returning customer and have had a great experience once again. The first time, they delivered the spectacles to me in Brazil, directly to my home. This time, Mark perfectly arranged for my purchase to be delivered to my hotel in London during my stay. Great delivery experience, great lenses, and amazing spectacles. Excellent service from tbis company. This is the second time I’ve used them
Excellent range of frames and choice of lenses
They contacted me to let me know they had received my prescription which I mistakenly had to email separately.
Specs arrived in a week. Look good and do the job. For half the price of my local optician. (I suppose they do have a shop to pay for)
I highly recommend this company and Weil use them again if I need more specs.
