They have no good platform on how they would recruit directly the linguist. I tried applying and it kept asking me to change the e-mail, any email I changed it wasn't accepting it. Strange! I think it is just a scam company.

Very good structure of the training material, super polite and helpful trainers. Overall a great experience!

I did the course some months ago, can't recall exactly everything but I remember it was very didatic.

The trainer Lazar and all team members were amazing, very helpful. Thank you very much. And the application is really interpreters friendly, the ability to see the booth partner is great for handover.

They explain everything very clearly and in great detail

I like the interpreting platform, the functionalities and the people who dedicate their attention and time to answer emails. However, more personnel should be devoted to this end.
I dislike the corporate communication. Explaining and learning this virtual interpreting and the relationship with your partners raises many questions which are not answered. It is not self-explanatory matter, so you should expect questions from users. You need to ask the same question several times to get an answer, and still there are ends you still don't know. For example, who is hiring the interpreter in the end, or who sets the rates for the interpreters.
Also, if I organize an event, I must give Interprefy the contact of my client and then, how do I know I am going to be one of the interpreters? Will I be hired next time, or only on that occasion? The relationship with your partners is not clearly explained.
I felt the inconsistency of the online forms. Sometimes, they are no-reply emails that do not answer your question. Likewise, the gap between being approved and your next event is very uncertain.
Now, I have learned that once you are approved, it all lies on the participation in the Community. This should be said more clearly.

I never got so much attention from a service provider as much as I got from the Interprefy Family, and of course, the software is amazing and so advanced, it allows great functions.

Interprefy provided great training, with great videos that helped me a lot to understand the functionalities of the platform. Also, the live training was very well presented with and the team member that supported us through the training explained everything in a very clear way.

Both the online training and the live session were wery well organised. The platform itself is well structured and easy to use. The experience is as close as can be to actual interpreting booth of live events.
