Great platform - great training

Absolutely every person I talked to was amazing. They were all professional yet jovial, easy to talk to and very practical. That is exactly what I look for in a trainer/trainers.

I like working with the platform and am a fan of all employees I came into contact with.

Feedback: platform, learning, corporate communication, partners, other.

I like the interpreting platform, the functionalities and the people who dedicate their attention and time to answer emails. However, more personnel should be devoted to this end.
I dislike the corporate communication. Explaining and learning this virtual interpreting and the relationship with your partners raises many questions which are not answered. It is not self-explanatory matter, so you should expect questions from users. You need to ask the same question several times to get an answer, and still there are ends you still don't know. For example, who is hiring the interpreter in the end, or who sets the rates for the interpreters.
Also, if I organize an event, I must give Interprefy the contact of my client and then, how do I know I am going to be one of the interpreters? Will I be hired next time, or only on that occasion? The relationship with your partners is not clearly explained.
I felt the inconsistency of the online forms. Sometimes, they are no-reply emails that do not answer your question. Likewise, the gap between being approved and your next event is very uncertain.
Now, I have learned that once you are approved, it all lies on the participation in the Community. This should be said more clearly.
