One of the biggest problems of our international placements office is finally addressed by Interviewer.AI. We have tried many tools and applications in the past to streamline the process of short-listing and presenting our students for interviews. The assessment of body language and communication are more vital in hospitality recruitment than in any other industry, we have found Interviewer.AI as a perfect solution that perfectly fits our purpose. With the help of this tool we have reworked our interview process which is significantly saving time for our team and employers in short-listing the right candidates for the right jobs. This tool looks very promising to us and w hope as AI evolves in the future, Interviewer.AI will further improve its effectiveness and robustness.

I am really impressed with this software. Our team has been looking for a highly efficient video interviewing software for a while to help simplify and automate our recruiting and hiring process. We tried other tools and they just did not cut it for us. This saves us a lot of time. I like the fact it improves our hiring team’s efficiency with resume scoring, skills assessment, and asynchronous video interviews led with AI. We are in growth mode and this is huge and instrumental in screening and hiring great quality candidates to join our team. Highly recommend!

I feel like I'm always dropping the ball when it comes to recruitment. It is easy to setup and saves so much time narrow down the candidates for the job. You can get an idea on candidates’ personality as well as their experience to match the job requirement. The best part is, it is totally on auto pilot so you don’t waste time with those who are not good fit to begin with.
The only issue I have is the interview time limit of 10 minutes.

Liked It a lot.

Interviewer.ai is a very interesting platform for recruiting. It can save a lot of time thanks to the video interviews and AI score provided. Here are the things I like the most in the software:

1. Very responsive support. I wrote on a Sunday afternoon in the chat on their website and they replied immediately and offered a call for the next day. The call was perfect and clarified quickly all my doubts

2. Open to suggestions and to improve the product. Had some issues with the initial sign up and asked for some changes in the product – again very responsive support and fixed the issue quickly

3. AI for one-way interviews – which was exactly what I was looking for to automate recruiting. There are still not that many variables in the automatic AI feedback provided but those already present are quite good

I am happy with the software, and I am confident it will improve even more soon with new AI variables

This platform is unbelievable useful.

Here are the pros:

1. You save a minimum one hour’s time with preliminary phone interviews and interview scoring
2. You can provide a video interview to everyone since the machine does the scoring for you and takes no time at all from your end
3. Candidates love using this tool! They don’t have to stress about interview prep, missing appointments, or not presenting their best. This tool allows them to do each interview over in the way they want to present themselves best.
4. Interviews are difficult. Many times, you don’t get the full information without reviewing session recordings. This app eliminates the need for review. It prints transcript answers of all video questions. And catches subtle things that a human may miss.

Here are the cons:

1. Trying to figure out where to spend all my extra saved time.
2. No white-labeling options

Overall, my staff and I are jumping with joy over this tool. It made putting out job requests very easy. You will love this app.
