I own a real estate company based out of India and had posted a job for a sales executive. We got 41 applications through InterviewFlowAI, 38 of them completed the AI interview which helped us narrow down the best 5 among them whom I interviewed personally and hired 1. The whole process was much faster as it removed the manual scut work of going through 41 applications one by one. Definitely recommended. Great tool.

I tried InterviewFlowAI both as a candidate and as a recruiter, and it is one of the best tools out there! The conversational AI, the context gathering, the speed, and of course, the pricing - all of it makes this a great tool for recruiters. And the best part is they offer a ton of free tools which are really valuable if you want right off the bat pre-screening tasks done right!

The IFAI team are a highly responsive and proactive. The level of care they showed us throughout the introduction & onboarding process was excellent, and that care & dedication to providing a superior product/ service hasn't changed since coming on board. They send through new platform updates regularly and the product is expanding daily with new features. Company was transparent with their pricing. A meeting was scheduled with me to determine my company requirements. Pricing was transparent and uses secure payment platforms. The software solution serves my needs very well. I am in month two and am a very satisfied customer at this point.
