Only took 1 week from sending off my wedding ring to its return! Amazing service and a great price (as per online quote) would definitely recommend!

Execellent service, delivered the repair as quoted and to timeline. Shipping was effieicent and all custom packaging returned as delivered to them. Watch looks like new, Highly recommended.

Visited the new location of Intime this week in the bridges, Sunderland to get a price for battery replacement and link removed on two watches. Absolutely over the moon with the quality, speed and service I received.
The young man who assisted me (I believe his name was Derek) was wonderful. So polite, he asked if we would be shopping any more that morning and that we could return to collect the watches rather than waiting.
Absolutely brilliant service overall and will definitely recommend.

Had to send my engagement ring off to be resized as the jewellers we bought it from wouldn’t do it. In time also picked up a lot of fractures in the shank so had a half shank repair and resize. Came back in 7 days and looks fantastic. My husband had to check it was the right ring! Love this place. Highly rated

After taking two of my rings to several jewellers for resizing, without any luck, I found In-Time jewellery repair. They have resized the two rings perfectly. I am so pleased. I will definitely recommend and use them for any future needs.

You can't go wrong with intime, been using them for many years. The staff are always helpful and do a great job , you can trust them.

The rings were resized / reshaped in time. It was dropped to our neighbour's home instead of our, not sure why didn't wait the door was answered.

I haven’t been able to wear my eternity ring for about 18 months due to it being too small. I bit the bullet to get it resized so I could wear it again.
I filled in the super easy form and sent off my ring. I was a little uneasy about using an online service, but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
The communication was fantastic, the ring came back in just over a week and it’s perfect!
I can’t fault the service and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
We will be sending my husbands watch off soon!
So much more convenient than travelling to town twice.

Posted a gold chain necklace on Monday13/9/21. Informed when received , repaired and dispatched and received the repaired and cleaned item carefully packed on Friday17/9/21. Excellent service and delighted with result.

I sent my ring away to be resized, repaired and cleaned and polished. Sent numerous emails back and forth to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Had my ring back with me within 2 weeks of sending it off. Incredibly happy with how it's turned out at an affordable price price. Thank you so much. Excellent all-round. They repaired the leaking seal on my watch. Very fair price and great communication. They also changed the battery and gave it a good clean. I would highly recommend them.

I have been so impressed with the postal service. I sent my wedding ring to be rhodium plated and in 10 days it was returned to me looking perfect! I had emails throughout the process keeping me up to date which was great! Thank you :-)
