Into Resin make the best moulds around, the quality is exceptional and the many designs gives you endless choices. Their customer service is brilliant too, I only wish I could afford to buy more!

Unfortunately I ordered two gift cards totaling $70 and never received them when I sent an email inquiring where they were? I was told in writing by Anne that “ my transaction was marked high risk “ however into resin took my money out of my account not sure why it was considered high risk. Not high risk enough they didn’t take my money??? She then stated to verify email address and she would send them right away. I did so and still have not received or heard anything and this is a Christmas gift for my sister and now I have nothing to give her!!! very very poor customer service. Respectfully Ann Nolan

Everything they have is way over priced i would never pay the amount of money yall are asking for your molds especially after watching several people on YouTube and the problems they have with your molds not to mention a friend of mine bought one of your molds and it didn't look nothing like it was advertised i tried to tell her

These molds are amazing! Especially the handmade ones. They are made to order so it does take about a month or so for them to be made and then shipped but they are WORTH the wait!!!!! I have purchased from them a few times and gotten many of the hand made molds. They are truly stunning!

Customer service is very quick to respond if there is an issue. I received a wrong piece once and they quickly corrected it and made the right one and sent it out for me when it was done. Again, worth the wait!!!

I recently received my first order from Intoresin. There was a confusion/mix up with one of the molds. I reached out via email to the company; they responded so quickly and in my opinion went above and beyond to fix the issue. The molds are so unique and after demolding my first pieces I could not have been happier with how they turned out. I will be a return customer. Thank you Intoresin for the one of a kind molds that you offer!

I have used several of their handmade molds to date and I absolutely love them. The molds are topnotch quality and I love that they give you instructions on how to care for the molds so that they last longer. Any time that I have contacted them I have received a response in a timely manner, and they have fantastic customer service. I look forward to using many, many more.

I have been extremely impressed by this companies products, especially their handmade molds, they are excellent quality silicone and they always come beautifully packaged. Their customer service is outstanding, they always get back to you in a day and have you taken care of immediately.They also have one of the largest selections of resin inclusions I have ever seen and they are also great quality as well. I ordered from them in April, can't get get in contact with them, don't return my emails, I can't get any information on my order. Will never order from them again. I am out 40.00 dollars. Will report them as a fraud

I just received my order from Intoresin and I am very pleased with the service and support i received as well as the products. I have used the Christmas ornament moulds and mini cottage / animals and they are clear, detailed and easy to use. We had issues with the last shipment. They did everything in their power to make it right and make sure we were satisfied with the product and our experience.

I bought epoxy resin from IntoResin last month and used it to make my new coasters. The resin had great quality and was super crystal clear after hardening. Price is cheaper than the brand I usually used. I even got an email from them about precautions and safety measures when using the resin. Good product, good company.
