The service I receive from InTouch Communications is second to none and incredibly refreshing in an automated and impersonal world of ‘communication.’
George Ashley is one of the least pushy salesman I have ever dealt with. In the run up to winning our business he contacted me at regular but ‘non irritating’ intervals and was always patient allowing me to be ready to change providers. (Always a pain to set up).
Wrong.
This is a myth.
InTouch were brilliant and made the transition totally seamless.
George is on the button and ready to help in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you, InTouch Communications.

Intouch have been a great company to deal with. All of the staff are friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and very helpful. They understand that the industry is complicated and explain everything clearly, in plain English, which was very much appreciated, especially having dealt with previous companies who use a lot of jargon and acronyms! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody else.

It's rare to find a proactive, skilled, and genuinely professional VOIP company. I feel Intouch embody all of these qualities, and their team couldn't be more friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Intouch for Voip and broadband installation with multiple clients now. They’re a great team to work with and have a great product.

From procuring the right system which is always good value, installation and service once everything is running they are exceptional.

Worked with George and the guys at Intouch now from almost two years, all I can say is WOW, outstanding levels of service, great value, high quality and easy to use system that can be installed in minutes and the clarity of the calls is on par with any hardline phone system, don't need to be a techy to get using it immediately and even integrates perfectly with our CRM system, was dubious at first about using an online phone provider but if you want to save a small fortune on calls and all the features of a top of the range phone system you won't go far wrong with these guys

James has provided a phone solution that links our two sites and teams together. The efficient Yealink phones help our business is so many ways. While the whole project pays for itself with with time saving and great communications for our customers.
