Got to be the worst company ever. Racism , bad products and terrible behaviour from some of the female employees. Racial slurs as soon as you walk past them. Disgusting people.

Introstem is a scam with extremely aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics that make you feel harassed and uncomfortable. The products are overpriced, and many customers report no visible results or adverse skin reactions. Their no-refund policy is not clearly disclosed upfront, and customer service is unhelpful or non-responsive when issues arise. Several people have been misled by false promises and pushy salespeople, and attempts to return products or get refunds are met with refusal or rude treatment. Overall, I strongly advise staying away from Introstem to avoid wasting your money and enduring a stressful experience
