Roots is a fantastic investment!
I have only positive things to say about this platform. Unfortunately, I had to make a withdrawal for personal financial reasons, but I definitely plan to come back. Nothing against Roots — it’s truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it.

I'm very happy with this company, their business model, transparency, friendly correspondence, webinars and their "give back" to the community approach, helping renters save money and build wealth. This kind of investment opportunity that is a "win-win" doesn't come along all that often. It's been a fun ride for the last 8 months, and very excited to be a small part of their future.

Spent 210 when I withdraw they charged me 6% of my 200$ investment worst decision ever. Only made 3 dollars on the first quarter what kinda rate is that

I’ve been renting with Roots since January. With this being my first time renting a home, I was very nervous and prepared for all of the horror stories I’ve been warned about. Since the day I found their home, I have had the best experience! From the ease of viewing the house the first time to them working with me with my animals to moving in. I’ve only had a couple small things since moving in that required maintenance requests. Within an hour I had received a call or email addressing the issue and someone on the way or scheduled for the next day to resolve it. They have been so amazing through everything!

Been invested for years, nice place for low risk money to live, especially knowing you’re supporting a better way to rent.

I'm impressed with Roots innovative approach to attracting and retaining tenants. Their strategy using financial incentives not only boosts occupancy rates but also aligns tenant interests with long-term property performance. Roots "win-win" model is forward-thinking and socially responsible, especially in a market where affordability is a challenge. From an investment standpoint, it adds a unique value proposition that could enhance stability and yield. From an investor standpoint, the Roots platform is seamless and efficient. The platform contains all information needed to track investment progress and is user-friendly. Investing with Roots offers a valuable opportunity for investors of all levels, but more importantly, it provides tenants with a meaningful chance to build wealth for the future.

Renting with Roots Investment has been one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my first apartment and my first time living on my own. From the beginning, the experience was smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive. The team was always kind and professional, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

I have experienced excellent returns on my Roots investment, but how the organization treats its renters is equally important to me. How many landlords provide an opportunity for their renters to earn income just by paying rent on time and taking care of the property? I am happy to be a small part of it.

Roots is an amazing company and Family! They welcomed my children and myself into their community of Love! We moved in Aug 2024, They helped us find a beautiful home! They provide the support I need as a single mom to feel whole. They definitely look at their renters as family and they will not allow family to be left at the waist side. The property management team makes sure my home is taking care of. If I have any issues in my home that need to be fixed they address the issue immediately. They are by far the best rental company the best part is when you rent with roots your also becoming an investor! Every quarter your eligible to make money by investing with there Bloom portal. This was a blessing to find and the best decision I could have made as a hard working mother! I love Roots and their whole family team! I am very grateful for them and the love they show My children and myself by allowing us to call their property our home! I look forward to renting from them for the next few years. I also look forward to continue to invest with them long after I am able to purchase my own home! This is definitely a company to trust!

Roots is more than just a rental company. Roots is an outstanding company that truly cares about the residents. They are understanding and have options when it comes to life situations . Maintenance for them is a priority just as it is for residents. By taking care of their property you can earn rebates every quarter, which it’s amazing and the only company that I know who has that program. Also you have the opportunity to invest with them in real state. Roots made me feel like I was family, that I’m grateful for and I will highly recommend. My experience was extraordinary!
