The time between placing the order and receiving it took some time but not an issue, shortage on delivery of 1 polo shirt.

Issues
Issues, though troublesome at the time can leave a dark cloud on any business relationship.
The way an issue is worked and resolved is the gauge of of company in my eyes...
Involution are an excellent company that deserve more than a five star rating.

Hi David - many thanks for the 5 stars and your continued business. We do always try our best to be perfect but sometimes mistakes happen, and we thank you for your understanding and trusting in us to resolve any issues.
Poor communication and designs
We had a tight deadline but communication was poor on timelines and I had to chase constantly on actions agreed and also as a result the designs were ruined on some items. No complaint resolution. We won’t be using them again.

sizing is diabolic
sizing is diabolic. I had already been told to size up as they came up small but they cant within the 3cm parimeter on sizing as very very small
