Absolutely fantastic staff who help you


Absolutely fantastic staff who help you reach your goals. The sessions are great to fit in to a busy schedule but so effective. I felt amazing after my 12 week plan, far better than spending hours in the gym.

Fitness goals achieved!

I would highly recommend the friendly and professional team at Ion Body to help with your fitness goals. Within 12 sessions I had lost half a stone and felt stronger in my core. The sessions are enjoyable and varied according to my needs.

Excellent sessions!

Excellent sessions, quick and effective. The staff are lovely and make each session different to keep things interesting. Highly recommend if you're looking to tone up or make a healthy lifestyle change.
