We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that refunds are not possible once a device is successfully registered, as this process cannot be reversed. The blacklist status is placed by Apple (not us) and is temporary it usually clears within 14–30 days.

Your certificate will automatically activate once Apple clears your device, and we’ll notify you immediately. We understand the wait is frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Hi Aymen,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, certificate revocations are fully controlled by Apple and outside of our control. Your certificate was active for 5 months, but once revoked, we cannot replace or refund unless revoke protection was included in the plan.

We’re working on improving stability with smaller private groups to reduce future risks. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Thanks for your feedback. Since you mentioned it’s been about one month, your order should still be covered under our Revoke Protection Program. Please note that when a group is revoked, replacements are processed for all users in that group, and this can take up to 40 days for Apple to fully clear.

Hi Ertan, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for your frustration and understand how upsetting it is to lose time on a 1-year certificate.

To clarify: certificates are issued for one year, but Apple can revoke them at any time. Unfortunately, this is fully controlled by Apple and outside of our control — we never cancel certificates ourselves. That said, when revokes happen, we don’t ignore the remaining time. We’ve added special discount codes on all affected users’ dashboards so you can renew at a reduced cost, and for those with active revoke protection, replacements are issued free of charge.

We know this situation is disappointing, but we are constantly working on better ways to protect our users and minimize the impact of Apple’s actions. 💚

Just to clarify: revokes are fully controlled by Apple and can unfortunately happen at any time. We never plan or benefit from them, and that’s exactly why we offer different protection plans (3, 9, or 12 months).

To support affected users like yourself, we’ve also added special discount codes directly on your dashboard so you can renew at a reduced cost. Please check your account the codes are already active. 💚

Unfortunately, revokes are something controlled by Apple and can happen at any time — but we always provide replacements if you’re covered under revoke protection. As for the discount code, it should absolutely work, and if it didn’t, that’s on us. Please reach out again through email ahmad@iosboom.comn , and we’ll make sure your code is honored and your certificate re-issued right away.

We’re also working on improving our customer support response times so this doesn’t happen again. Your trust matters to us, and we’d like the chance to make this right.
