I sent my IPad for a charging port repair on a Wednesday and it was back with me on the Friday. It works fine, the company kept me informed at each stage.

Sent my daughters iPad for a new lightning port, website was very easy to understand and book the repair, took about a week from posting untill return, ipad came back in perfect condition, with port working just like new, would definitely recommend.

I didn't like the feel of one company as the content on the website was sloppy and there was no phone contact. Not so with Fix it Sales International.
I called them and spoke to a guy who came across as dependable, so I paid for my repair using their easy-to-use online booking system, and posted my iPad to them. I did this on a Monday lunchtime, and by Wednesday I had my iPad back in perfect working order. I had been totally unusable.
I recommend this company to anyone - quick, efficient, no fuss.
Having smashed the iPhone 8 screen with a heavy object, I had the screen replaced locally but had issues with power fluctuations. Local guy had no idea so found these guys and sent it to them. They diagnosed the issues and repaired it and sent it back. Now working perfectly.
Also had an iPod Classic that was sent to a guy in Leicester as the dock connector was loose. They totally bricked it so with some hesitation I sent it to these guys. They diagnosed the issues fixed them and the dock connector and sent it back in full working order.
The whole process was very quick and simple. Good contact maintained and returned in safe packaging. I would happily recommend this company to anybody especially Anthony who looked after my treasured possessions.
Sent my IPad Air 3 in to be fitted with a new screen with this company on the 24/07/2020. On receiving it back within 48 hours a small circular crack near the home button became visible moving out towards the middle of the screen. I had only used it twice and the unit was treated with kid gloves and as an owner of multiple ipads never had an issue before. Upon contacting the company they stated it was user error and I must have broken it & they had no intention of discussing the subject any further. Avoid if you don't want to be out of pocket.
