Fantastic service that takes the pressure off taking down those copyright infringements that pop up everywhere! Highly recommend!!!

Very unfair experience with this company. They repeatedly reported my Etsy shop over unregistered designs and generic concepts that are commonly sold by many sellers. It feels like they are taking advantage of weaknesses in Etsy’s reporting system to remove competitors instead of protecting legitimate intellectual property rights.

Simply having an older Etsy listing does not automatically mean someone owns exclusive rights to a design. I asked for proper legal proof such as copyright registration, trademark registration, or patents, but the process felt one-sided and unfair toward small sellers.

Multiple reports like this can seriously harm a shop, even when there is no clear evidence of registered IP infringement. Sellers should be aware of how these reporting systems can be misused for unfair competition.

Within 24 hours of my first video going from 0 to 34M views, I had 3 different scammer companies steal my content, photography, website, and start running ads to my own audience.

Very happy I found this. I believe this is the future for any Founder/company with IP to protect. I had previously been sending Cease and Desists with minimal reaction from the offender, one at a time. Very time consuming and frustrating. IP Moat has removed over 200 listing for me in one month and I have had minimal involvement. The set up was less than 5 minutes too. I am looking forward to them expanding platforms to offer even more protection! They also have great customer service and you speak to a real human who created this to protect their own IP - so, they get it! Just do it and don't look back!

Best IP monitoring service!

We have been super pleased with IP Moat. We had searched around for an IP platform and reviewed all the services available. All of the others were extremely expensive and didn't seem to offer good customer service. IP Moat has excellent customer service--they are there for you, they respond to emails. The platform does a great job of monitoring for IP violations. The staff at IP Moat stays on top of the monitoring and a real person reaches out to you if there are questions. And, along with that, their pricing structure is very reasonable and way better than the other services we considered. They are beyond excellent and the only IP service we would consider using. Highly recommend them!
