If it's a business purchase, stay far away from it
I bought a keyboard for my company. The keyboard was defective and the text was unreadable, so I let them know that I didnât want to keep it. After a lengthy exchange of emails, it turned out that I had no right to cancel the purchase because Iâm not a private individual, and I had to choose between either returning it myselfâin which case they would somehow decide whether to refund my moneyâor having the warranty courier pick it up, but then they would only repair it. I find it outrageous that, after receiving a defective product, Iâm the one who has to beg for a solution. In the future, Iâll steer clear of this company, because I feel like theyâve ripped me off and arenât willing to help.
