Du coup ce site ne semble pas du tout sérieux

Was looking for some wine to give as a xmass gift fond there order it... git a confirmation email...5 days after receive a note saying my order was canceled after was accepted.
Explanation : wine 2as sold out...however receive 2 confirmation emails.
And so there was my xmass gifts

The goods inside the package arrived broken - the glass containers were broken, the content leaked out of the box. I tried to contact the shop via email and phone several times - nobody bothered to answer answer.
I strongly recommend to avoid this shop.
Money wasted, product broken, nobody to contact/talk to to solve the issue. They are ghosting their customers.

Attention, aucune gestion sérieuse des commandes, personne ne répond aux mails. Prix fantaisistes et vins en ligne non disponibles. Grosses difficultés à se faire rembourser.Je déconseille fortement d'acheter sur ce site.

Lieferung erfolgte nach 12 Tagen. Leider wurde weder der Zeitpunkt der Lieferung, noch der Spediteur oder irgendwelche Tracking Informationen mitgeteilt. Auch auf Emails wurde nicht geantwortet. Eine Zeitlang war ich der Meinung einem Fakeshop aufgesessen zu sein.
Die Lieferung war aber tadellos.

Véritable arnaque!
Ils ont remplacé une bouteille (chère) que j’avais commandé et payé par une autre 5x moins chère sur leur site en notant sur la facture le prix que j’ai effectivement payé.
Bref, des escrocs.

Fake-Shop. Paypal-Zahlung geht fix und man ist schnell sein Geld los. Danach: Keine Antwort auf e-mails. Keine Stornierungs-Möglichkeit. Keine Lieferung. Bin leider in die Falle getappt. Finger weg.

Soit escrocs soit incapables soit en grande difficulté financière. Mon expérience est la même que pour les autres avis de une étoile. A un détail près c'est qu'il ne faut pas leur mettre tout sur le dos : DHL est un vrai foutoir, les numéros de suivi changent selon qu'on est expéditeur ou destinataire et ils changent aussi en arrivant en France avec un sous traitant.

Malgré les avis négatifs, j'ai commandé du porto et j'ai été livré largement dans les délais, avec c'est vrai un n° de suivi qui n'était pas le bon. Mais après une prise de contact avec le vendeur le suivi a été possible.

I ordered a 30-years old Portwine on 15 June 2023, which was meant as a gift.
I had a confirmation of my order on the same day, but it was impossible to follow it up on their site at any other date.
Around 27 June, I tried to call the company, but was asked to call later.
On 28 June, I received a notification that the bottle had been sent through DHL, and there was a reference number. However, there was no way to track it on the DHL site, since the number was not valid.
Eventually, the bottle was delivered through Colissimo (French mail) on 6 July.
Conclusion: the Portwine was excellent, but the whole mailing business absolutely lousy.

Ich habe auf der Seite 16 Flaschen Portwein bestellt, Lieferzeit 14 Tage.
Die Ware kam per Spedition unbeschadet und sehr gut verpackt bei mir an.

Den Punkt Abzug gibt es für das fehlerhafte Tracking und den fehlenden Support.

Preis/Leistung sind 5+ Sterne wert.

Am 08.06 bestellt ,Lieferung am 14.06.23 angekommen. Zahlung per visa alles gut geklappt. Leider fehlerhafte tracking Nummer daher ein Punkt Abzug. Leider auch keine Support (help) Möglichkeiten eher so gut Glück Bestellung. Hat mich dann doch etwas genervt. Ware ist sicher und gut verpackt angekommen..Würde es nochmal wagen ..

j'ai passé et payé une commande chez ces gens. je l'ai reçue partiellement.
après 3 semaines ils ont convenu que le transporteur leur avait retourné une partie de la commande et me retournaient les vins qui manquaient.
et depuis le 2 janvier 2023, je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle, ni de réponse à mes mails. soit ils n'ont aucune parole, soit ce sont des escrocs
je vais faire appel à la chambre de commerce
