We ordered USB drives for our company a few years ago, and were not pleased with them. Quality was sub-par and they broke easily. Given the warranty, we made plans to return them for replacement, and then they got pushed aside and we didn't get around to returning them. Recently we decided to see if it would still be possible to return them, and IPROMO was happy to help. We got all the defective units replaced with the newer version and they work great. Very happy with the eventual outcome.

Overall a good service -- but -- they have some internal communication challenges and hand-offs between people sometimes result in unintended consequences, eg just because I verbally requested white flash drives does not mean they turned out that way...and...if I had not been careful, they would have been the wrong drives! Be careful to review the final order sheet 100% and then again and make sure you understand what you are buying -- every detail -- do NOT assume that conversations (email or verbal) make it to the final order. They will absolve themselves of any/all responsibility once you give the OK on the order sheet -- whether or not the order sheet reflects what you asked for.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy my transactions have been. Free product samples, a great art department, and rapid order fulfillment make it easy to deal with this company. The products, just as they say, are not junk. Just quality promo items that make my business look good.

I went on the website to assess my options and ended up placing an order within 24 hours. The website chat function was great and I got a detailed quote, with options, within the hour, I will definitely be using the company again for further purchases.

The price was reasonable. The quality was high and the representative was friendly and helpful. My new set of flash drives arrived quickly. they look very professional and haven't had any technical issues with them.

I reached out with a short time-table, and Alex, a representative with iPromo was quick in helping me reach a decision on which product to buy. I was purchasing some company-branded USB Flash drives that would be used with clients so they had to be professional.

Not only was the digital proof he sent me a perfect match, but when the drives came in they looked better than I could have expected.

Danny Stein was my customer agent at iPromo and was very efficient, thorough and friendly during the entire process. My company created a custom USB shape that had never been made before - I drew it for Danny and the art department was able to replicate it beautifully. Even with some last minute changes, Danny accommodated all of our requests within the timeline and happily. The products came two days early and are perfect! We will definitely be using them again in the future. I have been telling everyone to go to iPromo for custom USBs! They're the BEST.

iPromo does a great job. Their people are courteous and efficient. My order was delivered earlier than expected and the product was exactly what I ordered. I have tried the other companies and iPromo is definetly the best.

Our USB drives arrived earlier than expected which was extremely important because our staff was flying to Berlin for a conference the following day. The USB drives were thin, lightweight, and easy to use. Our logo looked great. Alex was a great help and replied promptly with any requests I threw his way (which was often).

The Kansas City Golden Retriever Club has used the jump drives with club logo imprinted for two different competition events as part of our prizes. They were such a big hit pics of them ended up on facebook by dog/handler team winners.

Everything worked out amazingly well. Production and delivery was even earlier than expected, the quality of the USBs were A+ and we were really happy with the whole experience.
